Magic Himalaya trek review.
Nabin, who is the owner and guide for this company is a real gentleman. He took care of everything we needed and went out of his way to accommodate anything that we asked for. His knowledge and information was given to us freely and was so informative that added to the whole experience we received. He was at our service 24 hours a day whilst we were in Nepal as a whole not just on the trek part of the trip. He accompanied us everywhere that we wanted him to, including shopping or eating out showing us the sights of Kathmandu etc.
He is not only a great guide to have with great experience of the trek He is also a great ambassador for his country of Nepal.
I would highly recommend his company and itenary with regards to the Everest base camp trip.
If you want to do Everest Base Camp trek with no complications then do it with Magic Himalaya treks. You will not be disappointed.

What a wonderful experience trekking to base camp with Shanta and his team. We were looked after from when we arrived at Kathmandu to when we left 2 weeks later. The weather was bad when we arrived so our itinerary was quickly changed to include a couple of nights in Nagarcot exploring the foothills - stunning and definitely worth the diversion! Nothing was too much for the team and we felt so looked after through every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this company to guide you to EBC - it was a magical experience from beginning to end. One we will never forget! Thank you - you are brilliant!

From the start of our trek, the three of us knew it was going to be special. The guides and porters treated us like family, sharing laughs and stories that made our trip more enjoyable. Even though they’ve been doing this for 20 years, they seemed as excited as if it was their first trek.
They always said “yes, this is also possible” to any request we had, making sure we were well taken care of. Whether we needed changes to our plan or something extra, they were always ready to help with a smile.
What I really appreciated was how they knew when to help and when to give us space. We felt supported but still had our privacy.
I highly recommend Magic Himalaya Treks to anyone looking to trek in Nepal. Their friendly and professional team makes them stand out. Thanks, guys, for a memorable trip!

From the beginning, the organization was flawless. The team made sure we were well-prepared, providing detailed guides on what we needed and recommendations before the trip.
During the trek, the local guides Rudra and Deepak were exceptional: they knew every corner of the route, told us fascinating stories about the culture and geography of the area, and always made sure everyone in the group was comfortable and safe.
The landscape is simply spectacular, and Magic did everything possible to make the experience unforgettable. I hope to do another trek with them soon!

They arranged a bus from Kathmandu to Pokhara for $20 per person.
On the day of the event, we were led from the hotel to the bus stop, and the ride was very smooth.
I initially thought it was a bit more expensive than the others, but the bus service was great.
The bus price included the following:
• Breakfast (sandwiches)
•Lunch buffet
• Coffee
• Cookies and juices
Especially the lunch place was a beautiful hotel and the restroom was very beautiful.
It was a 12-hour trip in last traffic, but the chairs on the bus were comfortable to cushion, recline, charged via USB, and toilet.

Thank you to Magic Himalaya for making my trekking experience a wonderful one. We were taken care of the minute we landed right until we departed. They magically delivered (via helicopter) my delayed baggage to Namche Bazaar on Day 4. And although I didn’t make it to EBC due to AMS, my helicopter evacuation from Dingboche to Kathmandu was quick and smooth. I was also looked after whilst I recover in Kathmandu. I can’t thank the team enough - Nabin, Shanta, Ram & the porters. I think I will have to return to complete EBC again (or ABC) & no doubt will book with MagicHimalaya again.

My two friends and I chose to include a trek while visiting Nepal and little did we know it would be the most challenging adventure of our lives :). The experience was perfect thanks to Magic Himalaya team. We did the Poon hill combined with the Annapurna base camp trek: 8 days full of the most beautiful sceneries.
We coordinated with the team before our arrivals and we had Shanta as our main guide, Rhamiss as our secondary guide and the best porter of the Annapurnas: Naran. These guys did their best to make the experience as easy and comfortable as possible.
We will be back and we will ask for this one of a kind team. Nepalis are the kindest of people and our group was a perfect example of their gentle manners.
I will recommend for first timers to get as much information as possible about the duration, the conditions of the trail so that they are ready mentally and physically.
Again big thanks to Shanta and his humor, Rhamis and his clever way of finding solutions and Naran the smart beast

We went on the EBC + Gokyo trip with Magic Himalaya on Dec 2022 and cannot recommend them highly enough. Shanta and Nabin will make sure that your trip is perfect, and the guys have all the knowledge in the world to make sure that Nepal is everything you dreamed of.

We are a group of 5 Uruguayan friends who decided to challenge ourselves with the 5-day climb on the way to the Mardi-Himalaya base. We loved the entire experience, the amazing landscapes along the way, moments of fatigue, rain, hail, cold but always when we arrived at the place where we spent the night in the different bases we were very kindly received with a lemon tea next to from the stove, this was glory. Later in the afternoon we had a good dinner to recharge our batteries. It helped us to enjoy and appreciate simple things, such as hot tea, hot water to bathe, a chat with friends, many moments of card games, magic, guitar or the simple company of friends and our guide Santos, the beats, who He accompanied us at all times and was very aware that we are well and that we do not lack anything, in addition to making us laugh a lot with his way of being, his jokes, and his dances. Highly recommended experience.

InJanuary 2019, I spend 3 weeks in Nepal with Shanta, Nabin and their families. We treked to Everest base camp in high winter. Upon our return, I spent time with their families in Kathmandu, where I ate authentic food and spent time in the villages of Kathmandu. It was an incredible trip with amazing guides and hosts. They are great people of Kathmandu, very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend taking a trek with Magic Himlaya Treks.
