We choose to go with Nest Adventure because we had a very good feeling with this company. When we first contact them they explained a lot by whatsapp-call about the trek but the also encouraged us to do our research and compare different companies.

But after some research we decided to listen to our feeling and go for Nest! We arranged the last things with Harry and Sandip in the office in Thamel and we were ready to go!
We started our 19 day adventure in Kathmandu where we flew to Lukla, the beginning of the three passes trek with Everest Base Camp, Gokyo Ri and Kala Patthar.
We had an amazing guide. His name was Suman. Suman is a very experienced trekking guide. Super kind and he has a lot of knowledge to share about culture, life and religion in the trekking area and ofcourse about Nepal. He can answer all your questions but also enjoyed nature and walked silently with us for hours. Perfect for us!!! Suman is also very flexibele. Because of snowfall we could not do all the passes. Together with Suman we changed plans. He is always ready to help you. Even when you arrive in the guesthouse he will still be available to help you at all times. He checked our heartbeat and oxygen level every day. We never had such a great guide experience before! Thank you so much Suman. Also during the trek Suman was in touch with the company and we could speak to the company if we had a question.
It just felt very good organized by Raj and his team.
Unfortunately because of the corona virus all trekkings had to end but we were already on our way down so we were lucky we went all the way up. We were stuck near Lukla for a few days but the company and Suman arranged that we could go to Kathmandu after two days. That was very fast arranged. Thanks again Nest Adventure. We will definitely recommend you to other people and trek with you again in the future.
The three passes trek is absolutely amazing. The views are incredible. Ofcourse there are hard days and more easy ones but we enjoyed it so much. It is so rough, prestine and pure! A lifetime experience and a reason to come back to Nepal for more trekking!

My friend and I choose this trip based on our time frame for travel and the positive reviews on trip advisor, and the experience excelled beyond my expectations! Logistics were smooth and the trip itself was so rad. The highlights included meeting the kind, friendly people of the area and fellow hikers, seeing the stunning natural beauty, a challenging and exciting hike, and top notch guiding from our guide Hari. Hari is so friendly and approachable, communicative, supportive, and he was flexible with our itinerary based on what we wanted to accomplish. We had a blast hanging out with him, playing cards, having conversations, and learning about the area. NEST is professional and I would recommend their services. I also felt it was fortunate that we went from mid to late February as the trails and lodges had few people- it was peaceful and so enjoyable. We had an unforgettable experience. Wish we could have stayed longer but I look forward to visiting beautiful Nepal again! thank you!

I had a wonderful five day trekking tour to poon hill with my guide Hari. He was making sure that the trip was going as smoothly as possible and helped me out in every situation. Our adventure started in Nayapool from where we made our way up to Poon Hill. There we arrived after just two days of hiking in beautiful nature. To see the sunrise we got up a little earlier and made it there just in time. The weather was perfect and we had an unforgettable panorama view🤩 After that we went back down to Tadapni, then Ghandruk and lastly back to Nayapool. The accommodations and the food were just incredible. I can recommend to try different dishes because they all taste differently and are all very good :) I was sad when I had to leave the mountains because I had a wonderful time, with a guide who tried to help me out in every situation and who was making sure I was always feeling good. I uploaded some photos so you can get a feeling of what you are going to experience!!

I went trekking in November 2022 to the Nar Phu Valley and had an unforgettable time. I was guided by Kanchan Pokharel and Saroj Simkhada, they were fantastic guides - knowledgeable about the history and culture of the area, patient with us when we had issues, flexible when we realised that we wanted to shift the itinerary, and always so helpful and kind. We formed a friendly bond and enjoyed sharing tea and beers in the evening over a game of cards. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an off the beaten track trip with a brilliant team. Thank you Kanchan, Saroj, Krishna and the team.

Magic trek through the wilderness of the Nar Phu 'lost valley'.

We hiked throuh long sweping valley's following the river upstream, and felt really off the beaten path as we slept in monestaries and explored the high altitude village of Phu felt like going back 100 years in time sandwiched between Nepal and TIbetian culture.

The pass over to the Annapurna region was challenging as we did a huge 12 hour day with snow on top, but hugely rewarding all round. Stunnng scenery throughout.

Would highly recommend Nest Adventure, from Raj who sorted all the fine details before our trek over video call, to Kanchan who is the best guide out there and the wonderful group of porters who added huge value to the trip.

Thank you nest adventure!

I couldn’t have made a better choice of trekking company than NEST or had a better guide, than Hari. This trek was absolutely amazing, and the support, special efforts and small details that we experienced with Hari were unmatched. If you’re considering a trek in Nepal, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t choose NEST and ask for Hari as your guide. It’ll be a once in a lifetime experience.

We did the Langtang valley trek with 3 friends at the end of December.
Everything was well arranged and in return we received a carefree hiking experience through the Himalayas.
We had 2(?) guides; Netra and Saroj.
A porter was not necessary for us.
Our backpacks weighed less than 15kg including sleeping bag (tip)!

You pay much more than if you were to arrange the trip yourself, but in return you get a carefree and unforgettable hike in the Himalayas instead!

Nest Adventures was recommended by my ostéopathe in Canada. Raj was available and courteous to answer all questions during the planning stages of this trip. Upon arrival in Kathmandu I was met by Hari my guide. I had planned for some downtime in Kathmandu and a short trek! The plans quickly changed as my home country was closing borders. Nest Adventures made me feel safe as a foreigner. Raj and Hari were listening and understanding my needs during my journey. The transformation let place to a cultural tour of world heritage sites and temples by motorcycle. We also did an overnight in Nagarkot by private jeep. My dream of watching the sunrise over the Himalayas! Wow!
I would wholeheartedly recommend this trek company to everyone! Sophie

I already had the opportunity to go to Manaslu region in 2017 with NEST adventure. This time, I contacted them to organize a trip with my son (21) and daughter (18). We chose the Nar Phu valley which is a bit off the beaten tracks. We traveled for around 11 days with our guide (Hari) and porter (Sudip) from Koto to Jomsom. The first week was absolutely amazing. We didn't see any fellow trekkers in the valley (none!). The views are incredible, the people are friendly and welcoming. Kang La pass (5320m) was quite challenging as we had to walk in the snow with some steep slopes. Going back to "civilization" in Manang felt odd. Weather changed and we had 2 full days of snow. We decided to move forward, hopping for a way to cross the Thorung La pass (5460m). We finally had a window of opportunity and were able to reach Muktinath safely. Along this adventure, our guide Hari remained extremely calm and comforting. Both him and Sudip are highly professional. They helped us physically and mentally and ensured everything went smooth despite the harsh conditions and the (very) cold weather. We really felt ourselves in a friendly and family-like atmosphere. We had great moments, during the walks but also during the timeouts. I would highly recommend NEST adventure and particularly our team (Hari and Sudip). thanks for everything and the wonderful memories!
