Excellent deep tissue massage!!! Susmita was my masseuse and I highly recommend her! She was professional and did a great job focusing on the tight muscles deep in my back. I felt my sore muscles more relaxed once leaving the shop. The owner Roshan was so nice! He gave me a great deal on a back massage.
The facility is clean and welcoming. The massage beds were comfortable and smelled good. They played relaxing music in the reception and massage room. Lockers were provided and slippers. They also offer sauna sessions which I look forward to doing in the future. Overall I highly recommend this shop!

After our trek to Everest base camp we came to Ananda Natural Therapy for a message. Our first message ever, so we weren't entirely comfortable. It was heaven! The women who helped us and gave the messages were so nice and it felt so good, I could feel the miles of trekking slowly melt away.
It was so comfortable - I fell asleep for a while. My son and friends all had a good laugh at my expense. The woman giving me the massage was so funny and nice about it, when she was done she smiled and said "good morning".
I highly recommend them and a message after a long hard trek!

Quite peacefull environment with relaxing music. Had ayurveda massage one hour. Really relaxing massage well trained therapist. Highly recommend others to visit this place

My husband and I got a much needed trekkers massage here which, was amazing! The place is clean, peaceful, and friendly, making it a sanctuary in the middle of busy Thamel, KTM. Everyone working here is very kind and professional. Glad we decided to go here!

Never i had this type of massage. Shes hand like magician. Now my body pain gone from massage and sauna bath. Very very recommended in this center because its a quite and clean also. Thank q all team specially who treat mi.

I went to Ananda because I heard of their awesome reputation. I arrived late for my appointment but they were able to see me as soon as I got there. I received a body scrub, massage, and a facial. They were all great but the facial was the best I've ever had. Will definitely stop by on my next trip to Nepal!

The place is so so nice and clean and the massage was great. Another massage place I've been in thamel seemed to have a seperate area where they took men who seemed to come around lunch time. It seemed a bit shady. Ananda isn't like that. Everyone is so nice and the massage was great. The sign on the main Street is a bit small, so keep an eye out for a white sign with green writing on a side street right by the Anta store.

I get Thai massages often and the massage here was by far the best. Even better than in Thailand. Some of the yoga stretches applied I have never had done before. I feel amazing.

Enjoyed very much with the service I had from this place. It's really clean for nepal standard and staff are very friendly and welcoming. I like it when they offer tea green tea after. Will recommend this place.

the pricing was good. if you compare them to Radisson for example it's much cheaper. I didn't go trough it all but I think it was from 2000 rupies to 5500 rupies on a 60 minutes massasje.
I'd like to know if woman can do massage for man or not ?
