We visited most of Nepal, from Kathmandu to Lumbini. We really enjoyed the entire trip and it met all our expectations. We also reached BC near Annapurna and what we saw there made a great impression on us. The organization of the trip was great and so were the guides. We saw and learned more than we originally expected. We definitely recommend Exploring Nepal as a trustworthy company that meets all customer expectations and requests. They really know how to organize a dream trip. We definitely intend to go back there.

Nepal and the Himalayas are places on earth that are definitely worth seeing. I am not a climber, so I was a bit afraid. Unnecessarily. The expedition from Exploring Nepal was my first and wonderful visit to Asia. Delights of peace (bistari, bistari - slowly, slowly) and helpfulness, the politeness of people, the beauty, power and monumentality of the mountains, the wonderful forests of rhododendrons, the multiplicity and size of temples, mixed with a slight anxiety during the ceremony of burning a corpse on the bank of the holy river in Kathmandu, or in the middle of a long suspension bridge in the mountains. Our trek, although easy, made me quite tired. It turned out that my fitness preparations were not right and I didn't climb the stairs enough before leaving. In fact, a lot of routes are simply countless rock stairs. But masala tea (black tea with masala tea and milk) drunk on the terrace overlooking Annapurna lit by the morning sun, rewarded the hardships of the trip. Not only masala tea, but also the food in Nepal was delicious, based mainly on rice and many vegetables, wonderfully seasoned, aromatic, interestingly tasty. In addition to the wonderful trek and daily admiration for the beauty of snow-capped peaks emerging from above the clouds, we had a rich program of getting to know Kathmandu and Pokhara, including Nepalese cuisine workshops (it was a great idea, the workshops are run by the Seven Women organization taking care of women with disabilities and single mothers). The organization of our trip by Sujana and his company was perfect. Even before we left, we got a lot of valuable tips (e.g. necessary slippers for bathrooms). Later, help, openness to our needs and providing reasons for joy, were with us every day. We felt cared for and safe all the time. Thank you for this absolutely amazing time.

The quality of the service and the professionalism of the company are the arguments why I used their service. Everything was at the highest level and very nice all the time. Being able to visit such places with the right people is very important, so I will use their services again.

We had a large (13 people) group ages between 28 and 69 (yeah!) with varied trekking experience. Exploring Nepal created custom trek in the Upper Mustang for us. The route provided quite diverse trekking experience – from walking on a regular road to trails that were barely there, from hotels with unlimited (yep!) hot showers to old style tea houses that required use of our own sleeping bags. Since we were people of different capabilities, our guides had to be patient making sure that everyone made it safely to bed at the end of day. And they did! Great experience overall and I’d definitely recommend Exploring Nepal to anyone.

Magda and Sulian - thank you for perfect organized trek!!! Everything from ariving to Kathmandu through beautifull paths in Himalaya, places to sleep and eat was ideal.
Our professional guide - Sudip - created for us individual, flexible schedule of trek so we could delight every day of this amazing adventure. He was looking after us any time and took care of appropiate acclimatization and all logistics. He was great fellow-traveller. Thank you Sudip!!! Thanks to our very kind porter- Puba!!! It was unforgetable time in our life. We are going to come back to Nepal, perhaps to Kanchenzunga circuit trek only with Exploring Nepal. It was a sudden decision, going to Nepal. I found Magda and Sujan on line and we started exchanging emails. From Magda’s emails I already knew that she was an amazing person, who loved and knew mountains, and who knew a lot about people as well.
We went for a family trek, with our 6 years old daughter, who loves mountains. Magda and Sujan took perfect care of us. They picked us up from the airport, brought us to the gorgeous hotel in Kathmandu, showed us around, invited us for dinner, introduced us to our guide for the trek (Australian Camp 2050m) and our guide for the city (Durbar Square, Patan etc).
Our trip was very well organized, we had time to see so many things where it would not be possible if we had planned it on our own. They also made sure that there was time to rest in between all the sightseeing and trekking.
Everyone was very flexible, responding to what we wanted before we even knew what we wanted.
It is their passion to show people Nepal, it is their passion to explain and show the culture and life style.
They are not only professionals, but great human beings that you want to be around.
At the end of our trip I had a sciatica attack. Magda took care of me better than my own sister probably would have. She went with me to the hospital and held my hand throughout the whole visit. I will never forget this. She acted like an angel.
I can highly recommend Exploring Nepal Treks and Adventures for both people who are very advanced in trekking and those who are just starting. With the helping hands of Magda, Sujan and their staff, you will achieve more than you dared to dream.
Lovely people, a life time experience, the best trip in my life.

I had amazing three weeks in Nepal thanks to Exploring Nepal agency.
It was my first trip to Nepal and of course I wanted to see as much as possible. The agency was able to provide me and my friends with different types of activities. Starting from the sightseeing in: Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Patan - we had very good tour guides. From Kathmandu we drove to Pokhara. On the way we had great time and laugh doing rafting on the Trishuli river.
The most unforgettable part of our trip was a trekking part for me. We walked for 7 days in beautiful Annapurna Conservation Area. We had really experienced and helpful guide – Basu, who had always great stories to tell.
We could even stay for couple of days with Nepalese family in one village, learn about their daily activities, customs and habits.
The most important for me was that within the agency we met many great people who were taking good care of our group and were adjusting the whole trip to our needs and requests. Thank you guys!!! :) :) :)

That was our first trip to Himalaya mountains - one of our dream destinations. We have chosen Nepal as the first, although we were afraid if this is the best idea, just few months after the earthquake... To be more sure of what we are doing, we have decided to find a local travel agency directly in Nepal - so we have found Magda and her husband Sujan and their company Exploring Nepal Treks and Adventures. They had arranged everything perfectly and have helped us to discover their beautiful, rich of old culture country safely.
Breathtaking views of Annapurna area, full of wildlife riverside and jungle of Chitwan, enormous old temples in Kathmandu valley...yeah, we have still some thousands of pictures to select the best ones:-)
Travelling already that far, we have asked them to arrange us a short visit to Bhutan and that was the cream of the cake. Firstly - even just to fly along Himalaya is worth to do that (just keep in mind to book the appropriate sitting at the window), secondly - Bhutan is really the place incomparable to the any other country... Why? We don't even like to try to explain... everyone who is curious should visit ;-)

If you want to go to the mountains with people you can rely on - go with Exploring Nepal. If it's easy - it is easy, if it's hard - it's easy, too. Thank you Sujan, Magda, Dorjee, Ebi and Boys for being such good managers & friends during our unusual adventure. We'll back for sure.
