Myself and a friend just end went by to see if we could get massages. They were able to accommodate both of us right away. We did a 30 minute body scrub and a 90 minute massage. It was fabulous. We'd been trekking for over two weeks so the combination of scrub and massage was so perfect for us. The massage really loosened up my tight muscles and I felt revitalized after.

Left my pedicure feeling thoroughly pampered. Probably twice the price of other spas in Kathmandu but also twice as nice - sparklingly clean, attentive staff, very zen surroundings, really liked this place!

This was my second visit to Nepal. One year ago I did trekking and I came again for trek this year March 2018. I visited Spa Prana before my trek and it was so amazing that I just had to go back again to the spa after my trek! The spa is on a I did a full day of spa on both visits (full body massage, body scrub, facial, hair blowdry). Each of the service provided was excellently executed and professional. Infact it was way above all my other spa experiences EVER! The manager of the spa Pheobe was warm and welcoming and made excellent recommendations for suitable facial and scrubs. I did the two hour full body massage and the techniques which the masseuse used was beyond amazing! What I love about Spa Prana also is that the decor and ambiance and cleanliness of the spa is really excellent. I would say that this spa is a five star spa. I was offered pure green tea and the spa Manager Pheobe even sourced lunch for me between the course of my treatments! The prices for the services are also good value for money. I will definitely visit this spa when I visit Nepal in the future!

Not only a spa but a great place to get your hair done too. The location is ideal as it is so centrally located in the cities famous street Durbar Marg. The therapists understand the meaning of ayurvedic and you can sense it during the massage. The entire time i felt relaxed as the therapist massaged my pressure points, overall a great holistic experience a must visit if your in town

Although i didn't get the type of facial i wanted, the girl that did my facial recommended me a similar one and i loved it. It was very relaxing. The place is very clean and posh. I prefer this spa better than ayantana spa. The price is on the expensive side (Rs.2800) but i can never get a good facial for $28 in the states. :)

You have to go and see yourself, all Staff are good, treatments are excellent executed. I would come everyday if i could. You might think it is a bit expensive but you get what you pay for, belive me i am addicted to massage and go alot wherever i go.

This spa was just truly awesome! Booked a 4 hour treatment with massage, facial and many more treatments. All treatments were done very professional. Spa Prana is super clean and staff extraordinarily well trained and polite. Enjoyed every minute here and will come back!

During the three years I've lived in Kathmandu, I was a very regular client of Spa Prana. Back in town for a week, my first visit has been to Prana for a great Newari massage. It is a perfect place for Asian massages, body scrubs, and they're great too with manicure and pedicure. As I now live outside Asia, I've appreciated more than ever the elegant and peaceful setting, the Tibetan furniture and, first and foremost, the gentle and competent staff. Wish I could take Prana with me!

In Nepal. The spa has been done up so beautifully. It has a lot of character, right from Tibetan chests to brass antique taps, sinks to the most exquisite shower areas, milk baths etc.
Good natured, well mannered staff devote generous length of time for each service. The spa is spic-and-span.
It's a must visit for all people who visit Kathmandu. A very rewarding experience..

The staff are friendly and professional. The facility is wonderful and luxurious. The prices are higher than the usual Thamel Spa, but you get so much more here, it was worth every penny. I will go back!!
