Had a wonderful time in Nepal when we visited Pokhara and Chitwan in Oct 2019. The tour was arranged by Nepal Myths and Mountain Trails. From the time we started corresponding with Pasang Sherpa our tour specialist, the entire tour arrangements were handled by NMMT in a very professional manner. The tour was coordinated by Lakpa Sherpa who was constantly checking in on us to see if we were comfortable. He was kind enough to even make arrangements for our last-minute requests. We started the tour from Kathmandu to Pokhara by car and stopped midway to do rafting on the river Trishuli. Wonderful experience. We stayed 3 nights at the Fish Tail Lodge in Pokhara, a charming hotel and a great place to come and rest after all the activity in Pokhara. We did the paragliding from Sarangkot hill, a must try activity that can blow your mind away. Take the longer version one they call the cross-country ride. The view from the glider to the fantastic landscape below has to be experienced. This is a tandem flying activity and the pilots are experienced and certified by the civil aviation authority of Nepal. From Pokhara we drove down to Chitwan and spent 2 glorious days enjoying the wildlife and safari at the Chitwan National Park. We were fortunate to see a few one horned Rhino's up close. A sight that is bound to stay with us for a long time. These majestic animals are a sight to behold. Took the flight back to Kathmandu for a few days stay prior to our trip back to Singapore. Thank you Pasang and Lakpa for arranging and managing the entire tour. We had a great time. Thank you.

I was very happy with the way our tour was organized by NMMT (Ngima Sherpa). From start to finish Ngima, his sons, our driver, Kathmandu tour guides, Base camp guide (Dawa Sherpa) and our porter (also Dawa), made us feel very safe and cared for. It was very hectic arriving to KTM airport and getting our Visas (2 1/2 hour ordeal due to Dashain festival) but our driver and Ngimas son wait for us with AC car and took us promptly to our hotel. We had the same driver for 2 day city tour and then did the ABC trek. Very nice and all arrangements went smoothly. We would definitely recommend!

Three adventurers, three goals, three generations. This was the starting point for Nepal Myths & Mountain Trails to recommend an itinerary. Ngima, founder and managing director, patiently explained various options. Two of us were attracted by a longer hike. It included Pikey Peak and the Three Passes. The expectation was that we would slowly gain height and have time to get a glimpse of the Nepalese and Sherpa culture. This met my requirements. We would then continue to the EBC after climbing 5000m high mountains and passes. This corresponded to the wish list of my companion. Finally, we would explore Gokyo with its "Ri" and lakes. This was the focus of the remaining team member. After hiking for 26 days in the Himalayas, we had accomplished what we had in mind. This was achieved thanks to a professional team that included Ngima (owner and managing director), Mingmar (guide), Furinji and Arjun (porters), the driver and Lakpa (back office). Mingmar Gyaljen Sherpa was an excellent guide who made sure everything went smoothly. He treated us as if we were part of the family. His encouragement to enjoy the hike in the early morning hours and the never-ending climb over the glaciers was a bonus. Now that I know I can overcome some of the challenges of the Himalayas, the list of my bucket list grew. Next, I may come back to climb a little peak, hike in another region ... or even get to Gyozumpha Tsho. 🐒 Many thanks to the team that helped me fulfill the dream of seeing the highest mountain. I wish you good luck with your personal and professional future.
