About
Welcome to Zen Spa Thamel. Asian traditional practices in 'well-being' go back 2000 years. We combine these well proven methods with western standards of hygiene and service. We take a holistic approach to rejuvenation, relaxation and overall mind, body and soul balance. The Zen Spa Team is led by accomplished and registered Masters in Acupuncture, Shiatsu and Ayurvedic Medicine/practices. Each Zen Team Member is trained in specific treatments, some multi, some specialised. We welcome and accommodate 'drop-inns', but advise pre-booking if possible.

If you think about good spa after your long day or trekking I probably recommend you to go Zen Spa at Thamel. Finding it little difficult since their sinage is little small. The place us beautiful and services are excellent.
We had deep tissue massages I think they call zen trekkers massages which is deadly super. Therapist was so professional to knows our pain point and eases it easily

Supper massage service and great hospitality from Zen Spa. we had manicure and pedicure and ayurvedic massage and both went good.
They have many selection for OPI nail polish and good service.
Price is resonable and can get discount on off peak hour. better to book in advance for waxing service

Received a lovely massage from Sujata. Sujata is an extremely competent masseuse who goes about her work in a business like manner while also exuding a very friendly disposition. Zen Spa generally has a vibe of competence and order, physically removed from the bustle below. Certainly well worth a visit.

Good services and professional spa massages on my back and neck. Price is reasonable and good worth what we pay. Aromatic sauna is good before massage. Sabita was perfect in her warm stone massage removed my back stress which I had for long time.
Refreshing Tulsi tea was also good.
These guys have also good hygiene and clean environment and far from noise. If you're looking for good spa, we suggest to go here

Amazing place to relax. I love this spa so much! Has a lots of changed since the last time I went. Now has consultation on arrival and precautionary measures for spreading virus. Using disposable sheet during treatment.
I had the sports massage and the waxing treatment and both were exceptional. I walked out of the spa on a cloud. The friendly staff, complimentary hot beverage and well-informed staff all made me feel cared for. Enjoy

Came today for a massage. Sabita Panday gave a great head/ shoulder/ foot massage. She has magic fingers that can get into even the tightest muscles, plus she was very lovely. The spa is tucked away but is nicely presented. Only lost a star because they wanted to stand over me while I wrote my review, after 10 mins of trying to get my phone to work on their wifi I told them I would do it later because I was late for dinner. So here I am, as promised doing it later. Great massage, just need to be less enthusiastic about patrons leaving a review. When you’re good, the reviews will come :)

Having first class spa services in Kathmandu is really great. Booked for hot stone massage for couples but end with hot stone and body scrub with sauna bath. The technician we're great and knowledgeable, gave us a lots of information for home care. Love this place to come again.

Me and my husband had zen healing massage (trekkers massage) which is the best we ever had. The warm greeting and herbal tea was offered at first with smile was good welcoming.
Massage started on time and finished on time. The professional touch was great and they know everything our needs. We are so relaxed and refreshed . We are coming soon to have another session

Best place to Deep Tissue Trekkers massage. Almost fall a sleep during the session. Comfortable pressure and good stretching. Body scrub add on service is more reasonable and it's worthy for detoxification. Recommended

Best massage I have ever had. I told her my area if concern and she actually listened to me and focused on it. The environment is nice and calm.Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get a great message while you are in Kathmandu.

Wo do have wide range of Spa services at Zen and their prices varies for types of treatments and their durations too.
For 60 mins Massage - 2500/- to 2700/- NRS (including all taxes)
For 90 mins Massage - 3600/- to 4,000/- NRS (including all taxes)
We are using Luxurious Lotus Herbal products for skin care experience.
