My most recent trek with Nepal Hiking was circumnavigation of the Dhaulagiri massif west of the Annapurnas. As with other trips they delivered a top quality product at a very reasonable price.From pickup at Tribhuvan airport , immaculate accommodation in Kathmandu, well equipped porters and guides, on the trails and utmost care in the safety of their clients they exceed expectations and pride themselves on customer satisfaction.
The Dhaulagiri Trek was remote and challenging. Steep slopes, land slides, heavy snow falling extreme cold. Nepal Hiking combined smart experienced leadership with good equipment and focus on customer well being to ensure a memorable experience. Go with them. You will not regret it.

Nepal Hiking was recommended by a friend and did not dissapoint. Bhairam answered all our questions before the trip and put our mind at ease.
Our guide Mahendra and Porter Jiten were excellent and feel like part of our family now. They looked after us every step of the way during our EBC, Cho La Pass & Gokyo Trek and were absolutley fabulous!!
We can't recommend Nepal Hiking enough and will surely use them again when we return to Nepal!

Perfect experince in wildlife Nepal
What I remember from my first trip to Nepal 10 years ago was that the organization was perfect. When I planned a Nepal trip again, the first thing I did was to reach Nepal hiking. especially the manager Bhairam thapa is a super person. We had a perfect experience in Nepal with the perfect program he prepared. Both the hotels and our transfer vehicle, guide and driver selection were perfect. it was a perfect and economical trip without tiring us. All of our hotels are in the most beautiful spot of the city and the selection of the most perfect and clean shows how professional you are in this business.
I will come to Nepal again and I will choose you again.
If you want to live Nepal right, this is the right address.
I would recommend this company to all my friends, which has proven its quality.

I did the EBC Trek in April 2023 and had an incredible time. Our experienced guide, Gakul, ensured we felt safe each step of the way. Everything was perfect organized from the airport pickup to the end of the trek. The trek itself was unbelievably stunning and an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this company as well as Gokul as your guide.

From the minute we were greeted at the airport by Bhairam till our departure, we had an awesome time in Nepal. Our guide, Surya and driver, Ramesh were punctual and very pleasant. Surya told us about the landscape, history, and culture. He answered the numerous questions we had. We highly recommend Nepal Hiking.

My highlight was certainly the arrival and the stay at the "Everest Base Camp". Which was also our goal. The nature is wonderfully beautiful and what must be mentioned: our guide "Gakul" has taken care of me / us very well and was very attentive! Super great experience. Thanks also to „Tilak“ for the good organization! Can highly recommend this trek with this provider.

We completed a 14 day trek as well as 2 cultural tours in Kathmandu. We were greeted at the airport by Bhairam and everything ran smoothly from there. The weather was perfect the entire trip. Our guide and porter were excellent and were even able to alter our itinerary to suit our needs. I highly recommend Nepal Hiking.

From the very first moment I was greeted at the airport by Bhairam till my departure, I had an excellent time in Nepal. Our groups guide, Gakul Magar and our all drivers were so nice, experienced and very pleasant. I had a very safe trip all around the Himalayan mountains, in Kathmandu and in Pokhara as well. Our hotels, lunch and dinners were great. Gakul and his firends told us about the landscape, history, and culture. He answered the numerous questions we had. I highly recommend Nepal Hiking.

My experience doing the 12 day EBC tour was great. The weather was perfect this time of year. My guide, Narayan, was always very professional and catering to my needs. I hope to come back again one year and bring others along with me.

My wife and I are scheduled to spend the night of 30 March in Pokhara.
On 31 March we will trek from Nayapul and spend the night in Ghandrung.
On 1 April we trek to Tolka and spend the night there. On 2 April we trek to Sarankot and spend the night at Pokhara.
We have questions about the difficulty of this trekking portion of our trip. Can someone please help answer some questions?
1. My wife is 62 years old and I am 68. We have not trekked like this before. We can easily walk a mile in 20 minutes when the ground is a flat road at home in South Carolina. We are of average fitness and in good health. Is this trek very difficult?
2. Will the terrain have a good walking path? Or, will it be very rocky and narrow with many climbing and descending hills?
3. How far (how many Kilometers/miles) will we walk each day?
4. Will the pathway be close to the edge of mountains? We are not comfortable on ladders or steep stairways because we each have minor issues with heights and balance.
Any help will be appreciated!

Thank you for posting your questions regarding your hiking tour on Annapurna Foot hill.
The hiking routes you have mentioned yoursell is rated as easy to moderate with involvement of some easy trails, ascents and descents hiking; and suitable for all ages from 6 - 7 years children to 75 -80 years elderly people. You will hike 5 - 6 hours a day enjoying the landscapes and Annapurna Himalaya ranges closely.

Hi Bhairam,
My boyfriend and I will be travelling to Nepal this March for the first time. And we would like to do trekking around the Himalayas. We are both quite fit, but not sure if the Everest Camp base would be better than the Anapurna circuit for us. What would you suggest? We will be there for around 3 weeks, and fly off to Goa at the end of our trip.
We haven't booked our flight yet, but if we arrive mid March would it be too late, or should we try to fly in early March? How's the weather?
And can you please also quote us the price for the packages? Thanks a lot.

First of all, we at Nepal Trailblazer Trekking would like to wish you Merry Christmas and happy New Year 2015! And thank you very much for your inquiry about trekking tours in Nepal.
In response to your queries, I would say that the Everest Base Camp Trek and Annapurna Circuit trek can't be substitute to each other. However, these 2 treks offer very different views. On the Everest Trek, you start the trek from higher elevation (Lukla, 2804 meters above the sea level) and spend more days at higher elevation; and you will be surrounded by massive mountains during the trek. On the other hand, on the Annapurna Circuit trek, you start the trek at a lower elevation and trek through very varied landscapes, from rice terraces to a high pass of Thorong La (5416 meters) and reach dry-land of Mustang, similar to Tibetan plateau.
In a conclusion, I would say: To experience Sherpa culture and see the massif himalayas you should go to Everest Base camp and to experience varied of landscapes, meet different indigenous groups of Nepal, enjoy high mountains view, you should go to Annapurna Circuit Trek.
If you want to know difficulties of these 2 treks, I would say Everest Base camp trek is more challenging! If you are physically fit enough, I would say "Go for Everest Base Camp Trek".
In response to your another query, the mid March is perfect time period for both Everest Base camp and Annapurna Circuit trek. During the time we can expect fairly good weather with blue sky and good visibility of mountains. However, there might be flight delay / cancel between Kathmandu - Luka or vice versa even in March and April.
