I have visited Nepal four times , The last time in late 2022 and as always Odyssey Treks organized everything superbly. We visited Makalu relatively late in the season and were rewarded with empty trails and amazing weather. Karma was as entertaining, friendly, hospitable and informative as ever along with Ang Dawa Sherpa who together made the three weeks perfect. Every time I have visited they have made the trip perfect with superb organisation and planning.
They also organized a few days to Helambu at short notice as I had some time spare, all done easily and professionally. Thanks for the company both and I will be back again. I cannot recommend Odyssey highly enough as a genuinely friendly, locally based company that provides not only unforgettable experiences but also great service at a very reasonable cost.

Nepal is a beautiful country. This is our first Trekking adventure and we didn’t realise just how hard it would be. Odyssey Treks are efficient from the booking and admin side of things. The Sherpa”s were knowledgable and took good care of us up the mountain. The porters were amazing having to carry the bags. Everyone of the Sherpa”s and Porters helped and looked after us. Very impressed with the way the company is run and would highly recommend Odyssey Treks to anyone thinking of trekking in Nepal.

Cannot praise Odyssey Treks enough. Having trekked to Everest Base Camp in 2019 with these guys and witnessed their professionalism we are back to trek the Tsum Valley. Karma Sherpa and Ringi Sherpa were yet again outstanding. Their knowledge of their profession, advice, attention to detail are second to none. Karma led the trek, Ringi the assistant and five porters, Dami, Ram, Seri, Dawa and Furba. What a great team. Nothing was too much trouble with Ringi seeing to our every need. Daily briefings for the team with Karma keeping me informed of every detail for a stress free trek.
Wonderful scenery, great T houses and such welcoming, hospitable people, we just love Nepal.
Highly recommended for group or solo trekkers.

When I return to Nepal, I will not be choosing any other trek provider than Odyssey Treks. Their professionalism and attention to detail was impeccable. Our guide, Karma, was funny, trusting and above all, safe. They have certainly left a lasting impression and that is evident in the relationships we witnessed they had made while on our trip. Our enjoyment is dedicated to them and their work must be celebrated. Thank you, Odyssey Treks!

Trekking in the Tsum Valley with Odyssey Treks was an absolute trip of a lifetime.
Our guides Karma and Ring looked after us so well, with their general knowledge, cooking skills, first aid and great humour.
The porters were amazing carrying all our kit and also keeping us smiling when we reached our destination every day.
It was an absolute privilege to be able to visit this amazing country after 2 dreadful years. The people are so friendly and eager to show off their great country.
Everything about the trip was so well organised by Odyssey Treks. All the information we needed before or trip was sent out promptly and clearly. No stupid question was too much for them.
I can't recommend them enough and have already given their details to interested travellers.
Nothing at all was too much trouble and everything clearly explained every day and patience when they explained the challenges ahead and the necessary changes we had to make, due to circumstances beyond our control.
I can't wait to come back and trek anther area and really wish we could have stayed longer.

In nearly all my travels to various corners of the world, I prefer to make my own plans and seldom use a travel company. I am so glad I made an exception in Nepal as it made the trip so much more memorable! Moreover, most other companies shop pre-packaged plans in a cookie cutter kind of way. Not true here! Rojesh and his team were incredibly patient as we worked out an itinerary unique to our schedules and our interests.
In Kathmandu and Bhaktapur, Milan was a delightful companion and a walking encyclopaedia of information (note: he has a Masters degree and truly knows his stuff)! On our ABC trek, Karma along with his brother and brother in-law made every day a fun adventure. They were so attentive to our needs and abilities throughout the duration of our trek.
In summary, put yourself in the very experienced hands of Odyssey and you will be yearning for your next visit to Nepal in no time!

I highly recommend Odyssey Treks as a fantastic travel agency. A friend recommended them, and when I shared my travel preferences and wishes via email, the Odyssey Treks team made it all come true.
During my amazing time in Nepal’s Langtang Valley, I not only enjoyed the beautiful scenery but also learned a lot about the local culture and people, thanks to our wonderful guide. The trip was smooth, well-organized, and tailored to my preferences.

Thank you Odyssey Treks for this real Nepalese experience. Rojesh, who planned the trip with me in advance was very patient and respectful throughout the entire planning/booking phase always taking into account my new ideas and wishes. Everything in the trip was very well organised, everyone was always punctual and explained everything to me. I also got the best prices!
Finally, the two sherpas who were with me on my trek, Karma and Rinji, were the BEST! I always felt safe and taken care of - thank you again for the great attention!! I really miss this.

I did three long treks with Odyssey Treks in the Spring of 2022.
The office was very efficient and kept everything running smoothly for the whole three months that I was in Nepal, even when there were changes in plans. They organized everything, including all hotels, all connections, permits, wildlife parks, etc.
On the treks, the guides couldn't have been better. They were very warm and friendly, while taking care of our every need. They knew the territory well and offered us advice on how to approach tricky sections of the trails. They took good care of our safety and nothing was too much trouble for them.
