Langtang Valley Trek

Langtang Valley Trek incorporates a venture into the beautifully remote valley of Langtang with its high mountain lakes and the beautiful Kyanjin Gompa. The Langtang Valley Trekking trail is nestled in one of the most unspoiled national park of Nepal, to the north of Kathmandu near the Tibetan border and is the most easily accessible highland sanctuary from the capital. Snow-capped mountains encapsulate this remote valley with the peak of Langtang Lirung (7246m) dominating the skyline while thick forests, lush farmland, traditional villages and the deep gorges of the Bhote Koshi and the Langtang Khola prevail on the valley floor. The colorful rhododendron, oak, maple and alder tree forests are home to an array of wildlife; wild boar, Himalayan black bears, ghoral, grey langur monkeys, leopards, musk deer and the endangered red panda all call this lush, green sanctuary home.

We did the Gokyo lake and Renjo La Pass trek during 17 days starting from Bandhar with BN and Bishnu and it was an amazing adventure ! It was our first time walking such a long time and at such high altitudes. They organized everything from Kathmandu (taking a bus to Bhandar), during the trek of course (accommodations, meals...) to the return by plane from Lukla. Accommodations choosed by BN and Bishnu was great and we spent good time all together during evening time. Audrey was anxious about altitude sickness and BN reassured us : he knew what to do and he was able to reconized true symptomes. Finaly, we took enough time to acclimate our body and to enjoy our trek ! Go with mosaic !

We had a wonderful experience with Mosaic. Very easy to communicate and organise the trip. Pralhad was a wonderful tour guide for our Poon Hill trek. The tea houses we stayed in were beautiful and he made sure our needs were always catered for. He provided encouragement to us throughout. Pradip our porter was lovely and carried our bag like a champion. We saw incredible incredible scenery during this trek. The views from Poon Hill were spectacular. The trail was icy at some points and Pralhad held my hand to stop me from slipping! Overall fantastic experience with Mosaic.

I had a great experience doing the 2-day Poon Hill trek with Mosaic. I selected Mosaic based on the excellent reviews it had received from prior trekkers, and they did not disappoint. During the planning phase, Madhav was very responsive and answered all my questions. He also provided a comprehensive packing list to ensure I prepared appropriately for the trip. During the trek itself, my guide was Pralhad. He was excellent: Friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and considerate. I really enjoyed spending two days alongside him as my guide and I felt I was in good hands the whole time. I highly recommend both Mosaic and Pralhad, and if I return to Nepal in the future, I will certainly reach out to them again.

My husband and I are avid travelers and we had touched down in almost every continent. We had always wanted to visit the Everest and thanks to Mosaic Adventure, we could finally do that. We decided to make the trip during autumn season as it was recommended and rightfully, we were exposed to some incredible sights from the very first day. We experienced breathtaking views of the Everest and interacted with some extremely friendly locals. The final trek to Kala Patthar is slightly exhausting but absolutely worth it as we were exposed to the most beautiful sunrise we have ever seen. The overall trip was phenomenal and worth every penny. We thank Mosaic Adventure team from the bottom of our hearts for their fantastic hospitality and an unforgettable trip.

The whole experience with Mosiac Adventures has been wonderful. Madhav was extremely professional and quick to respond to any emails I had before we started our Poon Hill Trek. Rajan our guide was great company during our 4 days together. He was very knowledgable and upbeat. He organized everything for us, we didn't have to worry about a thing because it was always taken care of. He kept our spirits up by singing to us when the trekking got difficult and even played card games with us in the evenings. I would highly recommend using this company (and Rajan as a guide) as they were accommodating, flexible, organized and did it all with a smile.
