We traveled to Nepal for our Honeymoon and Austravel arranged everything for us. We made a wonderful trek to the Annapurna area, guide and porter, really took care of all and we could enjoy all the way. In Kathmandu the guide of the city tour even spoke Spanish. I strongly recomend Austravel if you are planning to visit Nepal. Ram you really did a excellent job, thanks for having a excellent stay in Nepal.

Five of us visited Tibet and Nepal on a trip crafted for us by Ram. We saw all of Lhasa and surrounding monasteries, hiked to the base of Mount Everest, travelled by car from Lhasa to Katmandu, visited Chitwan National Park, and trekked in the Annapurna region. Our guides took us everywhere we asked, recommended restaurants, and even entertained us in their homes. Consequently, we saw Tibet and Nepal in ways that few tourists, and those who travel with large organized tours, have the opportunity to experience. Ram was cooperative and informative and went out of his way to see that we were entertained, well taken care of, and happy. I highly recommend these services.

My wife and I had been very impressed by the tour to Nepal, you managed for us!Your travel agency was not the cheapest, but I think the best!A very good and new car,a good driver,a very polite guide and also you had been always interested how we see the comfort of the journey, the facilities of the hotels and so on.Everything you promised us before starting to Nepal had become true, all the prebooked hotels had been very OK.I thought a long time, what I could you write to make your service better, but I did not find anything. You are shurely one of the best touroperators with which I ever traveled ,and I know a lot of travel agencies, cause I make this way of traveling(with local tour operators) since years .I think,if you go on with your perfekt service and professionity you will not be anxious in the future years.
Namaste , good luck, and thank you once again Veronika and Harald Koerner 4786 Brunnenthal,Ulmenweg 15,AUSTRIA.

Thank you Ram and guides for sharing your amazing country with us. I cannot express in words how thankful I am to you you all for the most amazing trip. From the airport pickup to the airport drop off, we all felt at ease throughout our whole trip. Ram customized a trip from Kathmandu to Chitwan National Park to Pokhara for us and each stop was memorable. Guides and driver were professional and helpful every step of the way. Every question we had was answered with knowledge. Because of the amazing experience Ram provided us with, I know that one day I will return to Nepal. It truly is a magical and special place.

My friend Andreas (from Germany) and I (from Australia) wanted to do a trek in the Himalaya mountains, Nepal. Following research on the internet we decided to trek with Austravel & Tours Nepal. Andreas and I were also happy that there were great Trip Advisor reviews. From the day we arrived when Ram greeted us at the airport , throughout the 18 day trek and up to my last day and departure, Ram provided a level of support and assistance that was professional, friendly, efficient and flawless.
Ram arranged our guide Tika Tamang and Oklea our Sherpa porter to accompany us on the trek. Both were highly experienced and became our friends as we trekked through unbelievable scenery, culture and history. Ram was in constant contact (where mobile reception was available) and even during the trek Ram facilitated and booked a three day Chitwan National Park Jungle adventure that we decided to do on completion of the Annapurna Circuit trek.
Every aspect of the trek was covered from airport transfers, accomodation, guided day tours, local buses and taxis all to fit our personal itinerary.
I have already recommended Ram at Austravel & Tours Nepal to several friends who are now seriously looking to do a similar trek.
Thank you Ram for an adventure I will never forget that delivered everything I expected and more. I hope to come back to Nepal one day and trek with Austravel again.

A few months since our visit but hopefully not too late to add to the recommendations for Austravel. Ram was an excellent host with all details of the tour managed very well. Communication and information supplied beforehand could not be faulted; guides were helpful, friendly, flexible and informative; drivers safe, punctual and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Austravel to anyone visiting Nepal and would certainly be my first port of call if looking to travel there again.

A sense of security for first-time travellers. The tour arrangements are well planned, and nicely adjusted in response to our last-time changes in our first day in Nepal.
Tour guides; and activity guides professional, familiar with the tourist attractions, arrangement
without hesitation, surely recommend to other friends.

This was a perfect example of how to get the maximum pleasure and enjoyment from a 4 day stay without feeling pressurised. From start to finish, Ram advised on making the most of our time so we really felt we had had a taste of a stunning scenery, exciting culture and welcoming people. Our guides were knowledgeable and approachable - good as we asked lots of questions. Our hotels were all different, the old style colonnial building contrasting with the more traditional lodge and the modern Hotel Shambala; food was excellent wherever we ate. The highlight of the trip was a flight to see Mount Everest - something I had always wanted to do. My daughter has just presented us with a photocollage of the trip for Christmas - but I know that we shall one day go back to explore the huge wildlife reserves. A massive thank you to Ram and his team for making our holiday so special - we have no hesitation in strongly recommending you and the company to others!

Spent 12 days in Nepal, including a 3 day hike on the Ghandruk-Tolka-Phedi trail. It was our first time in Nepal so this easy trek was a good introduction. Everything was well planned and the hotels in Pokhara and Nagarkot were great. Special mention must be made of Mekh-our trek guide who took good care of us.

Those going to Chitwan - one day should do. The elephant ride and jungle walk will suffice - can skip the village visit.

Dear everlynt; We are indeed honored to see your review on TA and happy to know your great trip to the Himalaya. In Chitwan, One day is Ok if you prefer to squeeze the program. Otherwise, two days are better to explore the wilderness. Thank you so much for being with us & love to see your company again in the future ! Warm regards, RAM

Took the 10 day Nepal Hiking tour which included a 2 day stay in Kathmandu, Pokhara and hiking the Ghorepani-Poonhill circuit. From the arrival at the airport and throughout the entire trip, Ram and his team have been absolutely wonderful. They were very patient and flexible with our schedules and best of all, arranged the best trekking guide we've ever had. Mekh, thank you once again for everything! A very in-depth exploration of not only the sights, architecture, breathtaking scenery of Nepal, but also the culture, soul and aspirations of its people. Would recommend to anyone seeking an enlightening adventure to this beautiful country.
