The tour was coordinated much suitable for us. Tour guide considered our schedule and made best tour flexibly. I went to Tarkeyghyang by 4WD car and climbed Ama Yangri. The view from the summit is very beautiful and road trip was so exciting.
During the tour, the guide always care of us and taught me about Nepal including recommended trekking route.
I would like to contact them again in next Nepal visit.

Pasang, Ram and all of the crew were super fun to travel with, couldnt have been a better first trip to nepal!
I went with my father and his friend, as a family vacation, with not much prior trekking experience, and we hiked up the mardi trek for an amazing morning view of the fishtail and annapurna south. I definitely recommend it! We all became fast friends, i learned a lot about nepalese politics and culture, but most of all, food🤤
I miss the Dhal Bat already! Thanks to everyone, I hope I‘ll be back someday.

And how did Harri get so good at Schnauz?

I was able to do the Ama Yangri Trek with Pasang. The tour went extremely smoothly for several reasons.

Communication with Pasang via email and WhatsApp went extremely smoothly and he was always very helpful with questions and concerns.

What set Pasang apart from other providers was his suitable and fairly calculated offer for the tour, without trying to sell additional services.

Pasang accompanied me personally throughout the tour and was always able to answer my questions about the content. The entire tour, including the transport, was perfectly planned.

I can recommend his services without reservation.

First part of the trekking from Shyabru Besi over the beautiful Langtang valley to Kyanjin Gompa. Many new lodges were built after the earthquake in 2015 espescially in Langtang and Kyanjin Gompa with rooms with toilets and showers. Everywhere very nice and friendly nepal hosts.
Two nights in Kyanjin Gompa for better acclimisation and hiking to Tsergo Ri (4.984m).
Next day trekkiing to Gangja La High Camp (4.800m). Building up the tents before sundown, it got soon very cold and is was difficult to find water, but the guide and the porters did all their best and carried water from a little bit far away glacier!
Early morning get up to reach Gangja La, It took about 4 hours to reach the pass because of the height and the path (sometimes great blocks of stones). Before the pass is a ladder (20m) which must not be used because there is also a path beside and chains where to hold on. But the pass was amazing.Only a little bit of snow and therefore no use of crampons. Porters had been very tuff during carrying our luggage over the pass. We've tried to go as far as possible in direction to keldang to shorten the way Keldang - Tarkeghyang on the following day. Therefore building up the tents when it was almost dark (4.350m). Again it was not easy to find a place to stay overenight where also was water (long trekking day with about 11hours walking) But also here our guide found a nice place. Again very cold overnight. But we've been served with tea and food also when staying in our tents. Next trekking day to Tarkeghyang with many ups and downs before reaching Thoro La, the last pass. Then take care at the crossing sign, you have to choose the way over Aama Yangri, (and not the dangerous way around Aama Yangri). This was also a very long day until reaching Tarkeghyang!
The whole part from Kyanjin Gompa to Tarkeghyang was hard trekking but with a absolutly nice landscape and maybe the most quiet trekking we've ever made!
Last trekking day was from Tarkeghyang over Sermathang to Baruwa Village through Rhododendron forests and fields of millet.

I got dragged to this one by my brother, without really knowing the details. I consider myself a seasoned traveler, and what a nice surprise.
We spent 10 days trekking through the Lantang valley. The first three days were through non-touristic routes, which was a truly enriching experience: the little towns where we slept were some of our porters and guides’ home towns. Their families received us like part of the community and it was a great opportunity to get to know their culture. The second third of the hike went through Laurebina pass, 4500 m high. Truly amazing, some attitude adaption needed, but it is ok if you exercise regularly. The last third of the hike was the easiest and most touristic, through Lantang. More facilities and more people, but truly amazing. Finally, back to Katmandú via helicopter.
After the trek, we spent some relaxing days in Katmandú, Bhaktapur and Nagarkot.
I will end with the most important part of the review: the guide and porters that spend 10 days with us in the mountains. Besides organizing all the details very efficiently (not a single hiccup during the whole trek), they were charming, candid, and truly good persons. Spending these days with them in the mountains has been a blessing.
If you have the opportunity, this is a great trip to do.

Our first time in Nepal, and what a trip it was, with vibrant city life, fascinating culture and stunning nature!
Karma Eco Adventure, whom we learned about via friends, put together a great program according to our wishes and abilities, combining sightseeing in and around Kathmandu, Pokhara and Bhaktapur with an exciting trek on the Mardi Himal Trail, which was my personal highlight. Pasang, Ram and their crew made us feel part of a family of "mountain men". Thank you - we hope to back sometime soon! Highly recommended.
