All UNESCO sites and the Royal Kumari

Sarita was an amazing guide. We had a slight mishap with the vehicle and she took care of it right away! We also had the pleasure to see the Royal Kumari which was one of the major highlights of the day. If you want to see everything in one day, this is the tour. Highly recommended.

Excellent and Informative Tour

I went on a tour with the guide, Rabina, and the driver. The tour was truly excellent. I was picked up on time, and everything went according to schedule. In addition, the tour guide was very well-informed and gave a lot of educational information. I definitely learned a lot of things that I would not have learned had I not done this tour.

Even though the day is long, this tour does deliver what it says and takes you to see all 7 UNESCO sites in one day. This would be very difficult to do on your own, so it was nice not having to deal with the logistics. This tour was definitely a highlight, and I recommend doing it.

A very good short trek experience!
This trek is short and amazing! It is not easy but definitely worth it. It explores a different side of Nepal sans the snow trek and the Everest Base Camp. Just don’t go there during monsoon season as it gets muddy at some parts of the way. Special shoutout to my tour guide Bidur of Himalayan Advisor! Thank You!

This was a great journey a tour you should take if you are staying limited time in Kathmandu . Shanti was very professional and helpful she know so much about the Hindu and Buddhists relgion, and we had an excellent driver. Himalayan beer was taste its a must try it goes perfectly with Dal Bhat.

Beautiful sunrise, perfect way to spend a day in Nepal
We have just come back from a wonderful sunrise view and day hike tour.

The day starts early but it is so worth it! The sunrise view is spectacular. You then go onto have a nice breakfast at a nearby hotel and go on to the hike. I would recommend this hike to get a taste of the beautiful countryside near Kathmandu. It is a gentle downward hike so it is particularly good if (like me) you are not an experienced hiker.

We then went onto a beautiful ancient temple (oldest in Nepal) and spent some time with the friendly and welcoming local people.

The biggest standout of this tour for us, though, was our guide, Shishir. We have done a few tours now in the Kathmandu area and he has been by far the best guide we have had. His English is very very good, and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble and he really takes the time to personalise the tour to what you are looking for, and explain the cultural and religious significance of the various sights and temples you see during the tour.

Our driver was also very friendly and a safe good driver (very important here given road quality and traffic!).

Overall, I would definitely recommend this tour - it is one of the most pleasant and authentic tours we have done in Nepal.

Thorough and exciting overview of an amazing city

Had an amazing day with Rabina as my guide. She was thoughtful and knowledgeable about all that we say and it was a great way to see the city in a condensed period of time. Enjoyed every stop and was so taken with all that I saw - so worth the visit. Rabina was a wonderful companion throughout. Very much recommend!

I highly recommend Himalayan Advisor and their attention to detail. I had an amazing time in Nepal! I reached out to them in advance of my trip and everything in Nepal has been scheduled, thought through and organised by Naba. The itinerary that Naba put together for me was a perfect plan allowing for me see the most of Nepal. My private trip was also considerate of my budget and my personal interests and requests.
I had a number of different local guides who looked after me during the trip. Shanti was my absolute favourite guide! She picked me up from the airport on my first day and looked after me on 2 different occasions. Shanti is extremely professional, caring, she always provided really good information and answered all my questions. She was also able to recommend the best spots that were of interest to me.
It was an unforgettable trip and I couldn't ask for more. Thank you, Shanti and Naba!

Fabulous and Full Day Trip

We were so lucky to have Shanti as our guide for the Seven World Heritage Site Tour. Shanti is an experienced guide knew so much information about each one of our stops. She was punctual, and ensured we had everything we needed before the tour even started. Shanti was accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable, sharing her passion along the route. We had an excellent day. Just be warned it is a full packed day. Thank you to Shanti and Gopal our drive for making this experience unforgettable.

Amazing Cultural Experience with a great company!!

This tour was a win from start to finish! The company contacted be the night prior to confirm the pick up time and location, and let me know who my guide would be. Kabita arrived right on time. The tour was absolutely amazing and Kabita really made the trip wonderful by taking the time to explain so much about each site, information that would have been completely missed had I tried to see all of the sites on my own. I feel so fortunate to have been able to see and learn so much about Nepal, Kathmandu, Hindu and Buddhism in such a short time. Kabita was also helpful in helping me find and bargain for souvenirs. The car was nice, new, clean and cool, and the driver was great, even the coffe and lunch break locations were very nice! This was a wonderful, jam packed tour, and a great experience. I definitely recommend this tour and Himalayan Advisor, Kathmandu!
