We had a great holiday in March thanks to RMT nepal! The best part was the trek to Annapurna Basecamp. It was amazing to do and the views of the mountains around us made all the heavy walking worth it! Special thanks to our guide Yuvi and our porter Kancha we had a very special trek. They made it really awesome! Every evening we had apples for dessert wich tasted so good we still miss them here in the netherlands! Overall, great People who care for the country and for the cliënts. When i Come back i will certainly use them again. Thank you for this expierence, from the bottom of our hearts. My wife and I travelled to base camp with a fantastic guide named Durgha. Durgha helped us with our meals and logistics as well as getting off the mountain fast when the border was about to be closed due to corona virus. It wasn't easy because of the altitude but the scenery was spectacular. You can't much about toilets freezing up or the hills but Durgha made everything as comfortable as possible. We had the experience of a lifetime thanks to Durgha and Royal Mountain Travel.

We had an incredible journey with our intelligent and sweet guide Sagar Ale Magar and safe driver Sunil. We saw snowy peaks, misty temples in the sky, and rich cities full of astonishing art. Panauti's winding streets, temples, river, and bouncy bridge were so fun to explore. Then we paid extra for a trip to Namo Buddha (thank you for being so accommodating!) We enjoyed the rich history of Buddhism in the hills at the monastery. On a clear day the views of the Lantang Mountains are breathtakingly close. We went back down towards the Kathmandu valley and stopped through the stunning Bhaktapur temple squares, full of lovely shops, eateries, and intricate wooden carvings on nearly every doorway and window. It's clear why this was once the capital. Our drive back to Thamel was blessed with a view of the mountains basking in an alpin glow of the setting sun. I would take this tour over and over again! Thank you!

We took a local bus out to Bhaktapur, an ancient city that was once the capital of Nepal. Although there was a great deal of damage sustained in the 2015 earthquake in Bhaktapur and the surrounding area, the city is an amazing example of the beautiful architecture in Nepal of yesteryear. Bhaktapur is a UNESCO World Heritage site and restoration is being completed on of many buildings and temples to restore the city to its former glory. A number of the buildings that were destroyed in the earthquake have been restored and look simply magnificent. A great day visit to experience an ancient city.

Dear Guest, Greetings & Namaste!!! We truly appreciate your great review!!! Bhaktapur has always been known for the unique architecture. The 2015 earthquake destroyed nearly a quarter of this ancient city. Still we can see the earthquake effects, but we do have construction work in progress. Hope, the construction work will be completed very soon. Thank you once again for sharing your experience with us. Best Regards,

Dilip is a very sympathetic and knowledgeable tour guide with many insider's tips, e.g. for interesting/special Panauti places (only few tourists get to see these) or for the best Juju Dhau Joghurt in town. Reliable transport with cold water available. Highly recommended trip for tourists interested in Nepal/Bhaktapur/Panauti.
