It was not only the roof of the world - the most astonishing situation, was when he made it through a snowstorm to the basecamp and drank a bottle of khukri-rum togethter for celebration and to honour the gods for allowing us to wield though their space and for safe return. Thanks to Mr. Gangars knockledge of the treks, although the route was snowed in, we´ve returned safe und warm. best trip ever!

I recently completed my 11 day journey with Sittal and his team, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Our guide, Ram, was knowledgeable and friendly. He kept us safe throughout the duration of our journey through the Annapurna Circuit. It was easy to trust his expert opinions and advice. Our porter, Suzan, is now the strongest man I have ever met. Thanks to his efforts in carrying our heavier bags, we were able to enjoy the trek even more. The owner, Sittal, was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout the planning portion of our holiday. Especially with the constant travel changes presented by COVID-19, we were lucky to have the chance to still complete this once in a lifetime journey. Thank you for everything!

First of all you’ll probably work on you’re requirements for the trip with Sital. An extremely professional, quick to respond all round great guy. Good natured and fully prepared to be flexible to your personal requirements. For my guides I was fortunate enough to have the forever cheerful and mightily powerful twenty year old Padam. Good natured, always looking to help and just fun to be around - he was my porter as in he carried most of my luggage. Then to the guide Ganga (Nepalese for River). Well at twenty four years old you couldn’t wish to meet a more patient, considerate calmly spoken man. EXTREMELY knowledgeable, born and bred in the mountains and doing this work for seven years I learnt to trust his judgement before day one was up. Always looking out for you, telling you to drink more water, don’t forget your sunscreen will be wearing off soon, you will need thermals in the morning etc. He actually caught my elbow once when I slipped. He is vigilant and takes his job seriously and he’s good fun when he doesn’t have to be completely focussed on your well being. I’m sitting in hotel room now after having just got back to Pokhara and haven’t even showered yet - just had to get this out! I am very very happy with all aspects of this company, I had a WONDERFUL adventure due to the people who run it and work within it. As for the journey itself? Well that’s another story.....

We have recently returned from Nepal and the Mansalu Circuit trek with Nepal Ascents. The trip was spectacular. Being out of season we experienced snow and ice at lower altitudes than normal. Our guide Ganga and Porter Suzan were super. We were taken care of from the time Ganga met us at the Airport right until we were dropped at the airport for our departure. At all times Ganga made sure we were both safe and taken care of, from our Tea-houses to our meals and good advice along the route, briefing us each morning and evening of what was to come. The route itself was interesting and the views fantastic and the food generally very good. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending both the route and Nepal Ascents. Manaslu circuit is not the most common trekked route making it less crowded and more authentic. The fact that we did it in the 'off season' felt like we were the only trekkers around. If you're interested, contact Sittal directly and he will expertly arrange everything. Guide Ganga was perfect as was Suzan, our strong Porter, who was always ready with a smile and a laugh.
