I stay in the Pomelo Hotel for the first time and planed a Tour for Hiking. The Stuff was really friendly and help me to plane my hole Route. The Owner planed the Trek with me together and give me Tips witch places i can visit first and witch places are closed at the moment. I booked a Guide from this company and was for 11 Days hiking. The hole Tour was such amazing and i had a great time in the Mountains. First i would prefer to walk alone and do it by myself but at least it was the right decision to keep a professional Guide with me.The Guide explained me the Story about every way that we crossed and the different cultures around us. He know every single Mountain and the best ways if the weather change. It was very helpful for my first time traveling alone in Nepal and i enjoyed my time from the first day. He pick the Hotels for me in the Mountains and was every time ready to change the route if i would prefer something different. I would visit this Company every time again and i am very thankful for all his help and the help from the Company before and after my Trek.

I stayed at Pomelo House which hosts Touching the Void trekking company, and since I had a very pleasant experience with the staff there, I also did a day trip around Kathmandu with them. They provide excellent service for a good price and I really enjoyed the trip they suggested me! My guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. They can organize everything for you according to your needs and budget, and the whole process is very smooth and easy. Highly recommended if you are looking for a reliable and professional trekking company in Nepal!

I arrived in Kathmandu with no plans, just 4 days that I wanted recommendations on what to do during that time. I stayed at Pomelo House for 3 nights, and was given many recommendations on things to do by the Touching the Void team, where they wrote an itinerary particularly suited to my interests in outdoors/nature and cultural tourist activities. The recommendations were excellent, the price was relatively cheap because it was off-season, and I had a lot of flexibility in changing plans last minute. I also requested a short day-hike, and was recommended the Nagarjun-Jamacho day-hike, which I did with Alok, who was very friendly, easy to chat to when sorting my itinerary, and had a wealth of knowledge of Nepal, its culture and history. I also rented trekking equipment from them for 20 days, and it was also hassle-free and had a lot of flexibility, which was great. Overall, the staff and people at Pomelo House are extremely friendly, always willing to help and I'd stay with them again for sure.

While travelling alone, I had the best guide/porter they could have given me... the helpfull and strong Nepalese nature combined with funnyness and kindness made my journey a great experience!! The Annapurna mountain range and Forrest’s are totally astonishing, pure beauty around every corner. Fantastic views. The advice before and interest after the trek, made it a very warm and professional company I can totally recommend!
