Overall, excellent experience with Index Team ! Well planned hiking itinerary to cater for a team consisting of all different fitness level, ended up we all had too much fun together (100% sure of it) - do I need to mention the beautiful sceneries of the mountains and whatnot.
Joined an open trip and took a personal porter with Rajesh who made sure of my safety (and the team’s) during our trekking all the way from start to the end, patiently helping me take photos and videos without any complain!
Also excellent service care and support from our main guide Nabin who impressively speaks malay well, entertaining us together with all the other awesome crews spending time like old friends - everything was smooth and well taken care of (but most importantly turning all the long climbs and cold nights into FUN times).
Definitely lots and lots of laugh ! Came to Nepal solo and went home with lots of friends and only good memories.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I showed up in Nepal completely unprepared to go trecking in the Himalaya. Lucky for me a friend recommended this organization. I sat down with the manager in Kathmandu and spent an hour going over my opinions. Everything I needed was efficiently arranged and a reasonable all inclusive price was quoted. By the next morning a professional itinerary was sent to me and away I went on an amazing adventure. I was assigned to Saroj Sunar who was the best guide. Always felt safe and well looked after. Even when the program was completed he checked on me regularly and assisted any way he could to make sure my experience in Nepal was the best. Not only was everything included delivered but this company added extra perks on a complementary basis. I travel extensively and work in the travel business and this was truly five star service thanks for an unforgettable hassle free experience from start to end

The guide and porter's was excellent. Permish our guide was so dedicated he will make sure all of urs was in good care. In every guest house our meal will be allways on time and he will make sure everyone have eaten. No singel complain or issues from any of the porter's and guide , extremely great 10/10.

Great 6 day trek to Annapurna Base Camp & back led by Keshab, Pramish & Monu from Index Adventures. Although the weather was a little wet, we had a great time along the glorious trails, whilst taking in the beautiful scenery, including waterfalls, streams & rivers & the green, green forests. Mindful that we were distracted by our surroundings, the guides always reminded us of measures to keep safe in the inclement weather. All in all, even though the weather was miserable, the daily treks were memorable. We will definitely be back to trek more with Index Adventures.

Had the best experience trekking to ABC with Index Adventure. The views were soooo amazing. Our guides from Index Adventure, Nabin and Somrat were really experienced and attentive. They made the experience very enjoyable and fun, with all our needs well provided by them. Would definitely recommend going with Index Adventure for any treks in Nepal with Nabin and Somrat as your guides.

The difference between a good company and a great one is normally distinguished by how the company and its employees handle crises.
We were a party of 3 with one tour guide, Keshab and 2 porters, Gopal and Kalidas, hiking of the first time to EBC.
When I started to feel sick at Dingboche, our guide Keshab immediately split our group to ensure that I have time to rest and recover without compromising the trip for my other friends. They continued their hike to Lobuche with Gopal, an English speaking porter.
It was definitely the best decision for everyone. Keshab was only able to do so because he has the foresight to engage sufficient resources to face any eventuality.
Thank you Index Adventure for putting your wealth of experience to good practice.

My journey with Index Adventure during Annapurna Base Camp hike was truly adventurous. I felt secured because the guides were so caring and responsible.
From the time we wake up and untill we sleep, they took care of us like own family. They serve us food and get us our demands on time. The guides made sure everyone was safe and sound. They make sure we were well fed during each break and we are hydrated enough. One of the guide , nabin , was the sweeper during the hike. He was so kind to follow me without any frustation even though i was walking on my own phase. He helped me to fill my water bottle with hot water everytime i ask him. He was very fluent in Malay languange as well.As a Malaysian , i will not hesitate to take him as a guide during my next trip.

The whole trip to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) was well organised by Index Adventure. The 2 guides provided for 11 of us, Mr Dinesh Karki as Head guide and Mr Samrat did their job extremely well. They are always smiling and gave us a lots of information regarding the culture and nature of Nepal. We are a group of over 50's hiker and everyone managed to reach ABC due to their care and advice throughout the trip. The porter provided were excellent and we were very happy. Thank you Mr Keshab for giving us an experience to remember.

Bibek Shrestha was a great personal porter. He took care of me 24/7 weather i was on or off hiking track. He will always prior my needs and comfort throughout the event. He took a very nice picture of me, he do a lot of bargaining with the local sellers, and many more. He also can speak english decently. Indeed he is good as a personal porter.

We went on a hiking trip to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) with Index Adventure. The trip itinerary was very well-planned and all the details were taken care of. The package included guides, accommodation, transport, and food. Porters were included for an additional but reasonable charge.
Our guides, Nabin and Samrat, were excellent. They're very friendly and knowledgeable about the trek so they were able to give information and advice throughout the trip. Would definitely go with Index again on future trips.
