We booked our custom Annapurna / Manang Valley trek with Archaic Nepal in April 2022 . The organization & execution of the trip was professional & well prepared from start to end. Milan – our tour supervisor - is an extremely friendly and helpful person and you feel welcomed from the first second. My sister and myself experienced an amazing time in the mountains as we hiked the east side of Annapurna circuit from Chyamche to Manang/ThorongLa. Our two guides (Om, Aryun) complemented one another well with mountain knowledge, tour expertise, local history & stories as well as getting to know local culture & people. What can you do better after an 7h trek with breathtaking views than sitting in the living room of a local, enjoying some good food & drinks. Would always book again with Archaic Nepal. Thanks a lot to the whole team for making this a lifetime experience :)

I have an amazing trip with Archaic Nepal. Normally I never take guides when going for trekking but my friend recommended them to me, and I really couldn't have better experience. I have done Annapurna Base Camp trek, and organisation of the trip, places where they took me along the way were just perfect. I had lots of fun just spending time in their company. They told me lots of interesting facts about Nepal, and shared with me their culture, satisfying my curiosity about this wonderful country. Cannot wait to have another trek with them when I will be back again in Nepal.
Thank you so much again for a great time Sushil, Milan, and Mukesh. I will never forget it, miss you a lot!

Milan and Sushil are great guys who provided a perfect service! They are very flexible and adapted the trek to our plans and needs.
The Manaslu trek was absolutely amazing, even we weren’t able to do the pass due to bad weather conditions and corona. Our guide was Om, great guy with a lot of knowledge and experience. He was always ready to help and explain any question.
We really recommend booking any trek you want with this agency!

I have organized tours myself and have traveled the world with my family/friends but this company tops it all! We were a large group of adults and children! Every minute was planned with a positive vibe, great expertise and family care. We stayed in Kathmandu, Chitwan and Pokhara and would not change anything about it. Sushil was an absolutely amazing guide, very professional, experienced and at the same time more of a friend and brother to us all. He was very trustworthy, always ready to listen, explain and get things done as soon as possible. He arranged three amazing birthday parties without our involvement! Didn't mind staying up late to make sure that everything would be checked out for us for the next morning! He would run out and appear with birthday cakes, he would assist as a pro guide and tell interesting stories or he would help carry our suitcases! Real Champion! We all had tears when he said his good byes - he was soo sincere and real. We all had a bewildering cathartic experience and this is all due to Archaic Nepal. We will always hold dear and cherish "Our Nepal." Thanks to wonderful Nepalese people for reminding us what is genuine and actual in life. I want to wish them all the best and if you are planning to travel to Nepal, do not hesitate and write to Sushil ASAP Namaste <3

Everest base camp was the ultimate adventure experience thanks to Archaic Nepal and in particular Mr Sushil who took care of every detail and he make us feel one family .
I strongly recommend them to anyone who is planning not only trekking but all kinds of activities and cultural tours

I came to Nepal without a plan. Soushil was one of the first persons I met and we became friends very fast. He showed me around and helped me in every way. Milan and him planed the perfect trekking for me. An easy start and a flexible route made the 10 days great for me. The Pikey Peak trek offerd a beautiful view of the eastern and western himalaya including Everest! Sitting in the kitchen with the locals and see how they live was one of my highlights.

After a few years of long-distance trekking around the world, Nepal was right at the top of my bucket list. When I finally traveled to Kathmandu, I had a few routes in my mind, especially in the Annapurna region, but nothing in detail yet. I then met Sushil and Milan from Archaic Nepal and after having a nice chat, they knew what I was looking for. They talked me out of doing the touristic tracks and, instead, recommended to go to one of the remote areas of the Himalayas. And, honestly, it was the best possible advice I could get! In the following days Sushil, who joined me for this three-week adventure, and I planned everything from scratch.
We then traveled to Shivalaya by bus and started Numbur Cheese Circuit the following day. Afterwards we crossed over to Dudth Kunda Valley, came back to the EBC track and closed the loop by climbing both Pikey Peaks. In the end, we continued to Sushil's hometown Jiri where we visited his family and friends.
Along the way I met so many good people and have learned so much about the culture and the lives of the Sherpas. Often, Sushil and I sat by the fireplace of our host families, ate Dal Bhat and drank Rakshi or Sherpa Tea. Most of the time, however, we were completely on our own, hiking through beautiful valleys and across remote ridges of the Himalaya. The trip was very tough at some points and only possible thanks to Sushil's many years of experience. Thank you for making this possible. You became a true friend of mine!
I could only recommend Archaic Nepal to everybody. They are local, very professional, trustworthy and simply the best. They know much more about their own country than any foreign travel agency. I am very glad that I have met them.
