I booked a day tour with Kathmandu paragliding, the coordinator in contact with me is very responsive, and the tour was great! The driver was very kind he even lend me money to buy entrance ticket when I haven’t got enough rupees I then returned the money back once I got my currency changed.

Wonderful customer service with excellent knowledge of areas they cover. They are great for managing tours for both Locals as well as foreigners. They are one of the best in town. Highly recommended.

Really Impressed by the service that they provide to their customer. I had some urgency and they take that urgency as their ones and help me to get rid of the problem. Highly recommend and hope they will continue such customer service for everyone.

We just completed our honeymoon package to Thailand organized by Trip Concerns. Team co-ordination was excellent. As soon as we landed to airport they provided us local sim card for further communication, which I think made our communication easier. Tour guides were charming and seems very knowledgeable about the area. I think this is one of the best traveling experience so far.
