We spent a most memorable vacation in Bhutan from 20 December 2019 to 3 January 2020.
Our amazing trip was starting from chose Bhutan Pelyab Tours. They are very professional and responsive throughout the entire planning phase. The contact process was simple, efficient and instant. Mr. Ugyen Wangdi who the CEO of the company had provided useful information that more than our required. All the hotels and food arrangements were fantastic. We enjoyed every moment at Bhutan, including food and taste. We extremely like to visit holy places and the highland temples are very fascinating. From the serenity, sculpture, location, view and many metal artifacts are so beautiful.
Our driver Mr. Tsheten Leki and guide Mr. Ugyen Choda were excellent had a good sense of humor, their warmth, caring and professionalism, they were very experienced in taking care of us and made sure that we were safe and feeling comfortable at all times, we felt completely taken care during our journey. They were knowledgeable and communicative, provided us with the background and in-depth history, culture of each attraction.
We were very impressed with the level of service we received, the lodging we were provided and the tours we embarked on. We made memories for a lifetime in beautiful and peaceful Bhutan.
Bhutan Pelyab Tours was the best as the name suggests. We highly recommend Bhutan Pelyab Tours to anyone looking to spend time in Bhutan and will certainly use their services in the future.

Bhutan seems hard to reach and expansive, but I can confirm this is a myth. Once you payed the daily fee and you have the right travel agent, there are no extra costs.
I can deeply recommend Bhutan Pelyab Tours to arrange your trip. Ugyen, the owner is a very special person and the guides and drivers are amazing. The hotels are very well located, comfortable and carefully chosen for their high service standards. The guides are very knowledgeable about their culture and history and are always flexible to adjust the itinerary and make sure everything runs smooth. in just 7 days Bhutan Pelyab made sure I got an essential glimpse of the country and made this bucket list journey unforgettable.
Just contact them, tell them your wishes and they arrange all the rest. (They even make sure you are sitting on the right side of the plane to see mt Everest on both ways;))

It is not as easy for foreigners to travel to Bhutan as it is to other countries. It is even more difficult for solo travellers/backpackers . Foreigners must form a tour group to enter Bhutan, so by chance, we found Bhutan PELYAB and planned to travel to Bhutan.
From the beginning, Mr. Ugyen Wangdi demonstrated his professionalism by designing our itinerary tailored to our needs in a short period of time. He was also concerned about what we wanted to get out of the trip and adjusted the itinerary accordingly. He provided us with many suggestions and reminders, such as the price of air tickets from different departure cities, departure times of flights, and arrangements for baggage transfer. Mr. Ugyen Wangdi's thoughtfulness and attention to detail deserve praise.
After all the preparations were made, we finally set off for Bhutan. We were surprised when Mr. Ugyen Wangdi came to pick us up at the airport after we successfully entered Bhutan. He reminded us that the 6-day itinerary was only a suggested itinerary and that we could adjust it to our own pace at any time.
Over the next six days, our driver Mr. Jamyang and guide Mr. Rinchen provided us with a comfortable and safe journey. They also answered some questions about Bhutan and Buddhism. It is worth mentioning that during our trip to Tiger's Nest Monastery, we were out of breath from the climb, but Mr. Jamyang and Mr. Rinchen were very capable and took care of us all the way. They were truly professional.
Furthermore, we are grateful to them for teaching us Bhutan's national sport - archery. It was a very enjoyable game and an unforgettable experience.
There are so many things to write about, but I suggest that you go to Bhutan yourself to experience its beauty and uniqueness.
Finally, I would like to thank Bhutan PELYAB for giving us wonderful and unforgettable memories. We are also happy to have met some Bhutanese friends, and we hope to meet them again in the near future.

When we are planning a trip to Bhutan, my friend recommended Bhutan Pelyab Tours to me. After doing a quick search online, I found that this company is really top of their game. When I wrote email to Bhutan Pelyab Tours,they were always quick to reply to any questions that popped into my head. We have probably exchanged over hundreds of letters during this time. Norbu was always patient in her responses and resolved all my inquiries one by one. I really loved the service here and made a booking right away!
When we arrived, we saw that everything was as advertised. Everyone was efficient and both our guide and the driver were as friendly as can be. Because we have a 6-year-old girl with us, we were concerned whether she could adapt to this environment, but throughout this journey, our guide Karma really took care of her, holding on to her when we were mountain-climbing and making sure of her well being. While visiting Tiger's nest, Karma and our driver Rinchen were carrying the girl while ascending the last 700 steps! These actions were so touched and deeply appreciated, thank them so much!!!
Originally, we didn’t plan to do a family photo shoot, but in the end, we didn’t want to miss out on anything so a couple days before we departed, we wrote to Bhutan Pelyab Tours and they recommended one of the best photography studios in Bhutan. What surprised me the most was , the owner of this agency personally introduced us to our photographer, and accompanied us throughout the shooting day. Before we left, he even came to our hotel to spend time with the girl, teaching her archery and giving us souvenirs to take home. We really felt the enthusiasm this agency’s staff had towards us as well as the dedication they provided us every step along the way. If we could visit again, we would definitely book again with Bhutan Pelyab Tours！Highly recommended！

We dont generally write reviews because of priorities and time limitations. But this one was a unique situation where folks from Bhutan Pelyab went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time during our visit in Bhutan. Pema was our assigned guide along with a dedicated driver on this 5 night/6 day tour of western Bhutan.
During our visit we went to Paro, Thimpu and Punakha. From the time we landed to the time we departed we were treated with genuine affection and care to ensure all our needs were taken care of (and we can be pretty demanding). Ugyen was the owner and person we were communicating with prior to the trip and once we landed Pema and crew took over everything.
Throughout the trip their only goal seemed to be to ensure we were happy and having a great time. The entire trip felt like a Zen mode, thanks to the rich culture the country has to offer, the warm people and most importantly the team from Bhutan Pelyab.
I would highly recommend anyone going to Bhutan to use them, I dont think we would ever want to use anyone else, and in every other country we goto, this would be a benchmark on the type of a tour operator we would like to have.

I'm a single female client attempt Snowman Trek II. I've climbed many summits around the world and always like to be a single client as I don't have the patience to wait for slow moving groups. I contacted ~ 6 different agencies in Bhutan and only this company revert is detailed, fast and very polite. Ugyen Wangdi the founder went out of his way for me in this trek. I was not impressed my horses were always behind me and he added 1 more horseman to help out at Laya. Unfortunately, the terrain + my speed, my horses were still unable to catch up. I told him via WhatsApp on Thanza and got a shocked he trekked all the way from Bumthang to see me when I left last 3 days of Snowman. What he planned to do is getting some crew to carry my tent and bags. Start earlier than me and I'll always have my tent and bags when I reach the next destination. Even though I left with 3 days, his action to make things right is beyond my imagination. No companies will do this for me.
I recall back in 2017 when I climbed Denali, paid huge amount and one of my guide was injured within 2nd day of the climb. The company knew about it and wouldn't bother to replace another guide for me. If we have more trekking companies like Bhutan Pelyab, your trekking is a bliss knowing you're really being taken care of.
Bhutan Pelyab even supply the best sleeping bag for me (-40degree), a liner, a pillow, carpet in the tent to keep warm daily!! Towels for me for shower! They set up shower tent for me. Even though is quite scary at certain places, but is the effort of trying to make snowman trek as luxurious and nice for customers.
If ever I'm back in Bhutan, I'll only contact Ugyen Wangdi. He's the most sincere agency I've met in my life so far. Keep it up!

This was the first time visiting,We had a wonderful time in Bhutan wz Pelyab tours.
Mr. Uygen arranged everything totally perfect b4 we arrived. Including round trip web ckin for us in advance for the better seats that we could have a good view of mountain Himalaya ranges.
And he came to meet us in the the airport wz his team members for dz trip, our tour guide: Mr.Kinley and the driver: Mr. Sonam
During 7D6N trip, our tour guide Kinley was so knowledgeable about the history, culture, and religion of Bhutan.
and the driver Sonam was extremely considerate, he knew that I was not good at hiking therefore he took good care of me, stayed by my side to avoid slipping or falling down.(so did Kinley😊)
They always offered to hold our bags to lessen our burden and prepared refreshment for us during hiking.
They also prepared “Kira” for us to take good photos as memories.and taught us to play archery.
Mr.Uygen even spent his time having lunch wz us on last second day, listened carefully about our trip experience and some suggestion.
The team was absolutely cooperative and sooner we became friends laughing happily. We DiD have a great time wz joy on this trip.
This trip was amazing and beyond our expectation, we cannot wait for the next vacation in autumn the coming year wz Bhutan Pelyab tours.

Our trip to Bhutan in the month of October 2022 was wonderful and we shall most certainly recommend that others make a trip there as well, and a crucial part of what made that trip that wonderful is Peylab, our tour company and Chimi, our guide.
The hospitality we received was simply perfect, and Chimi was an extremely humble and sweet guide. We had fantastic hotel choices with the driver Rimjhin being just as hospitable and delightful. They most certainly helped make this trip memorable, whether it was helping and motivating us through the treks, taking us for stone baths at local townhomes, or making us experience the local delicacies.
Over All fantastic trip organised by Pelyab.

My best friend and I went on a 7D6N Bumdra trek tour with Bhutan Pelyab Tours and Treks. Ugyen was an amazing Sales Executive who was very prompt and clear in his email correspondence in terms of explaining the entire tour package, information about air tickets, visas, pricing and accommodating to our request to meditate within Taktsang monastery that was planned out for us. Another plus factor was the hotel stays that are arranged are of 3 or 4 stay quality, that we enjoyed during our stays in Thimphu, Punakha and Paro. Even on the night that we camp overnight at the campsite in the mountains during the Bumtra trek, the porters who have carried camping supplies and prepared our meals were very hospitable and I felt well taken care by them. We were well provided for our tent with external temperature of 4 degrees, warm blankets, sleeping bags, hot water bottles and supply of hot water to keep us warm for the night.
In this trip, we were introduced to our personal tour guide, Karma and driver, Gembo. It was a joy having them on our tour. Karma was knowledgeable, explaining about Bhutan’s places of interest in different cities, Thimphu, Punakha and Paro, covering the history and culture of Bhutan and also answering our never-ending curious questions about Bhutanese in their daily life.
I am thankful to him that I was able to add a few more places of interest that wasn’t in original itinerary, a visit to the Paper Factory, Post Office, National Institute for Zorig Chusum into the itinerary when time permits while we are passing through the different cities. Karma was very helpful and going the extra mile when I required translations at the incense factory, cordyceps shop; and when I had a rare opportunity to meet and ask Lama Tshering Dorji at Taktsang Monastery questions about meditation.
Another highlight that delighted my friend and I in the trip was that Gembo surprise us with a setup of a wooden tea table next to the picturesque backdrop of lush greenery and fast flowing river after we had a hike. I was surprise we were provided with tea and snacks to enjoy the moment at different pit stops during our tour. Gembo was cheery, earnest and hospitable, really enjoy his company.
Another personal touch to the itinerary was experiencing hot stone bath in our last night in an authentic Bhutanese house. The lady of the house, Nowa prepared our bath with wormwood herbs that gave a distinctive herbaceous aroma while we sit back and relax after the grueling downhill hike from Taktsang Monastery. She hosted us for dinner, showed us around her house and we had a go at trying out Bhutan’s traditional dress, Kira.
Both Karma and Gembo have made our entire experience in Bhutan very special and personalized that I will recommend anyone to join Bhutan Pelyab Tours and Treks if you want to feel the magic of the Land of Thunder Dragon.

My husband and I just got back from a 10 day trip to Bhutan. We are so glad that we chose Pelyab to organise the trip for us. Ugyen was very responsive and adjusting to all our requirements and made every possible effort to make our trip enjoyable and memorable. Our guide, Kinley and driver, Thobgay were extremely caring and saw to every small need of ours. We loved their arranging tea and snacks for us after a hike. Kinley would chose a perfect spot and they would set up the table and chairs, which we thought was really sweet. It happened to be my birthday during the trip and both Kinley and Thobgay went out of their way to surprise me and make my day a truly special one.
We wish the very best to Pelyab tours and would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Bhutan 😊
