Good place for meetings
Aug 2020 • Business
This place is good for meetings and if you would like to have a "cultural" experience. They offer a good buffet lunch at affordable prices.

Great show but poor rooms
Mar 2020
Very nice show, you can taste local food and get drink tour place.
Very nice building but don't stay for a night at the offered rooms.
We have in suite bathroom but there are rooms without bathrooms in room.
The room is very basic dbl. bed and a fan.
The bathroom is small but the problem there was no water flowing from the faucets no in the washing hand tub and not in the shower most of the time. The same at the public bathrooms.
Very basic breakfast that is served but take very long time to be served.
Visit the show, use the restaurant if you wish but chose another place to stay at.

A MUST-DO when visiting Uganda!

This place was a definite highlight!
So much energy and creativity goes into these performances, that I was absolutely blown away by the entire show!
On top of this, it’s educational as well as entertaining!
The dancers and singers are extraordinarily talents and diverse!
You can choose a buffet meal and sit again at your seat the watch the shows!
Would definitely come back again!

Long show

Very engaging and entertaining for the entire 3+ hours. Dinner was buffet drink were paid separately. Both were great. Show was worth seeing, but was too long . Very similar to a Disney show but simpler and more authentic.

Appalling service!
Dec 2019 • Family
We were here to see a friend at a baptism and urgently needed to scan or photocopy a 4 page document.
We went to the reception and kindly asked if we could pay for a scan or copy. Both was refused. When we asked if we could ask the supervisor, Peace told us that she was in charge and the scanner / photocopier was only for staff. A terrible attitude if someone asked for help.

One of a kind !
Nov 2019 • Solo
To be honest , I was searching for something that could give me a true African experience, the culture, the traditions. If you are searching for the same then this is definitely your place to go. And if you have time, sleep there and get to live the experience as well. The staff were friendly, the food was good and the show was like nothing I have seen before, it is worth checking out while in Kampala :)

Amazing shows!
Oct 2019 • Friends
The show is amazing and the traditional dance outfits are vibrant and interesting. We went on Friday evening my first week in town. The dances are from all over Uganda. The host is funny and engaging and tells you exactly what region each dance comes from as well as introduces you to some of the dancers and telling their particular stories. I had the good fortune to attend with one of my colleagues for the month, who happened to be one of the original troupe dancers from 35 years ago and he got up briefly and stepped in with the troupe. The show is very long, so prepare to stay awhile.

Traditional African dances and music, with very funny and pointed host
Sep 2019
A potpurri of dances and music across Uganda. As all such places, a bit touristic, but the dancing and the atmosphere quickly made me forget that. The host was excellent, binding the various acts together in an excellent way, and with a great sense of humor. Food included in the ticket (buffet that was both good and fresh made = safe to eat). Book in advance. Well worth the visit - I left with a smile on my face :-)
