Hope Tours provided an incredible experience for my husband and I. Eric, the owner, met with us personally to talk through the tour we’d be taking of Akagera National Park. It was as if we were talking to a friend…he quickly became one! John came to pick us up promptly and safely got us through the park and back. He went above and beyond to make sure we saw as many animals as possible, even spotting 3 of the Big 5! I can’t say enough about this tour company and their impeccable service. Thank you!

With only one and a half days to explore Rwanda, Eric from Hope Tours Rwanda, planned an awesome customized tour around my preferences. No request was too much, including arranging a covid test for me before heading off to see the gorillas! The guide, Erza, was a fountain to endless knowledge on all things Rwanda-related, who took extreme care to ensure I got to see everything I wanted safely, particularly the silverback gorillas. I cannot recommend Hope Tour Rwanda highly enough.

Incredible safari experience! A time that I will always remember. Our informative and friendly guides made sure we saw as many animals as possible from hippos to a pride of lions. The Safari vehicles with their open roof tops felt like you were right there with the animals. Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had an amazing time! We booked a last minute 3 day trip to the Volcanoes National Park. Eric took care of everything even last minute and made sure we got to do everything that we wanted to do. We saw the gorillas and the golden monkeys and he organized all our trips and transport as well as a stop at a few great restaurants and local noteworthy sites. We had a great time with him and he was very informative about the country and cultures. We cannot recommend him enough and would book him again for any other activities we would plan to do in the East African region!

My mom and I went on the 2 day gorilla trek experience with Hope tours Africa in July and it was amazing. Seeing the gorillas was an unforgettable and nearly indescribable experience. We were fortunate to find a large gorilla family with 2 silverbacks, several females, some young adults and even 2 babies. We also visited the gorilla museum and a local craft market.
I was very excited to find a locally owned and operated tour company that is dedicated to conservation and sustainability. Eric was amazing and ensured that every detail of our trip went smoothly. All the accommodations and food were excellent and the vehicle was nice and comfortable. I honestly can't think of a single thing that Hope Tours Africa could have done better. I highly recommend you book your trip with them!

I would definitely recommend Hope Tours Rwanda for their gorilla trekking experience. Eric ensured our entire trip went very smoothly, and he responded promptly to all enquiries prior to our trip. Eric Sabi was truly a golden guide. He picked us up early from our hotel and then on the way stopped at some places to take photos and explain things to us.
We had the chance to see a baby gorilla (Titus family), even if it is not his responsibility. He even provided us with chips and water.
Then, we went to the guardians' village (very folkloric).
We had lunch then returned. Excellent day and he drives carefully, which is worth gold!

We spent several days touring through the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater with Hope Tours and Eric. It was an incredible adventure. Eric took care of everything we could wish for. Our guides were knowledgeable and the sites and communities we visited were unforgettable. I can't wait to join Eric and Hope Tours someday in their backyard of Rwanda.

Eric was amazing!!!! All the logistics, planning and customer service was perfect.
We enjoyed a lot the trek, the drives, the landscapes and of course, the Gorillas!
I think Hope tours really know how to show you the real Rwanda and the real communities that make their living from tourism. We were really connected to all the local people and it was a life changing experience.

We went for the Akagera Park Safari experience with Taufique (Tour Guide). His depth of knowledge and insight is impressive! He got stumped with a question I asked that he had never heard before (that was quite funny; I felt very proud). The experience was beautiful and amazing. Eric is a gem and I truly appreciate his guidance on where to go and things to do in Kigali. I will definitely be recommending Hope Tours to my network in Nigeria. They are awesome and very good value for money!
