We had the full day trip aboard the catamaran and it was fantastic from start to finish. As soon as we were all aboard the crew were round with drinks, coke, lemonade, beer, rum etc. There was plenty of time ashore on the beautiful Ille aux cerfs island. Absolutely stunning. Back on board a freshly prepared barbecue with salad, chicken, sausage, fish, bread, barbecued banana, again more drinks on offer ! Dropped anchor for snorkelling with snorkel gear provided. Visit to a wonderful waterfall before heading back to port. On the way back everyone was up and dancing having a great time, and two of the crew played the guitar and bongos to round the trip off. We arrived back at the port with everyone singing with others from other tours looking on enviously ! Great time with a great crew ! Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic trip from start to finish. As soon as we boarded the catamaran we were offered drinks & the programme for the day was explained to us. The atmosphere the crew created was incredible & before long most of the passengers were up dancing. This ambience continued for the rest of the trip. We were served unlimited drinks throughout the day & an excellent barbecue lunch was prepared on board. We had 2 hrs on the island & continuous entertainment on the way back. Amazing value. Thank you so much.

I booked the catamaran tour to Ile aux Cerf with an agency ( Northview Mauritius). They arranged the transfer from our accommodation to the meeting point.
Everything on our trip on the catamaran was 5 stars. The crew was awesome, food and drinks were plenty. We requested vegetarian meals and it was not a problem. We stopped for a short snorkelling before reaching the island. The variety of fishes was really good, however the coral is quite bleached.
We also visited the GRSE waterfall with a small boat.
Ile aux Cerfs is nice, but the whole day in the catamaran was even better.
The music was quite loud at certain points, but it was not disturbing, we had fun.
The trip has ended by music and sega dance performed by the crew.
I cannot highly recommend enough Neptune Pirate Cruises!

We had a fun day on one of Neptune's pirate ships. On the way to Ile aux Cerfs, the pirate captains were able to arrange for us to do some parasailing off a platform within the reef, and that was an awesome and well-run experience. They fed us on board with BBQ fish and chicken, creole rice, and other foods, and plenty of soft drinks and rum. On the way back, my husband and my step-daughter's partner were able to take the wheel and steer the boat, which was exciting for them. The music was on the loud side, but for us that was fun. The trip ended with us all participating in a sega dance.

Phenomenal catamaran trip which was joyous from start to finish. The crew were fantastic, very attentive and gave a really personal touch. We didn't notice the time and were sad when the trip ended. The crew on the catamaran made us feel special, safe & very welcome. They gave us history for the island, great food, flowing rum, music & entertainment and made sure we got as much out of the day as possible. The waterfall was beautiful, paraseiling was a blast and the surprise stop with the monkeys up close was the icing on the top. We totally recommend doing this trip with them!

We plan with the family in île aux cerf .but we don't have satisfaction on the pirates boat . They have rush with us of the food and specially for the drink that we had pay not enough time to enjoying on the boat only 1hours we had spent on the boat instead of 3hours. Take a good look before you entering on the boat and your time, how long the journey . Dishonoured

They shouldn't advertise unlimited alcohol if you have to beg for it and keep asking and waiting.
We were passed over when drinks were going around.
The crew in them selves look dodge or very "pirate" like.

The tour is not worth a euro. It was a surreal experience. The most touristy thing I have ever done in my life. To top it off, the food they were going to serve us, the meat and chicken were bathing in its own blood in plastic boxes; disgusting and not hygienic at all! The music on the boat was very loud and we were very uncomfortable on the catamaran, you could tell it was an excursion to get as much money as possible, but no care for the client. If I have to talk about the Ille aux cerfs, in summary it’s like the joke: “the difference when you order online and when you receive it”. I can’t believe the 5 stars comments, really.

Time well spent with a fun crew who were helpful and ensured everybody ate and kept hydrated. Waterfall visit by speedboat, snorkelling and quality time spent on the idyllic island of Ile Aux Cerf with amazing views. Definite recommendation for all ages.

It was an incredible day. A full day experience of laughter, dancing, lots of rum and wonderful entertainment. We left at 9am and returned at 4pm. We sailed from Trou deau douce to Ille Aux Cherfs Island where we were able to snorkel and parasail. A 10/10 experience.
