City tour in Addis Ababa

I have explored Addis Ababa with sycamore Ethiopia Tours crew and i visited the national museum, trinity, unity park , bole holy saviour church and merkato market and i have had the best experience with the guide and with my experienced driver . For me i can say best tour operator, guide and driver and i strongly recommend them if you plan to do any tour in Ethiopia.

Danakil Depression tour

I visited the Danakil Depression on a two day tour and I can highly recommend it. The tour started in Mekelle and the ride towards the desert goes through a beautiful landscape. The salt desert on the first day is endless and looks like it has been snowing. Seeing the sun go down over the plain and the salt lake is mesmerising. The night under the stars is really quiet and it is great when you wake up at night to be able to gaze at all the stars. The second day we went to Dallol and this landscape defies belief. You have to see it to believe it. It feels like you are in another planet.

I come to Ethiopia regularly for work and I always try to fit in a trip like this. I have been working with Sycamore travel for 3 years now and their service is excellent every time. Very flexible and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

I am happy that i chose Sycamore Ethiopia Tours 14 Days tours to north and south for my first trip to Ethiopia. Everything on this tour was very well planned and professional ; Hotels were amazing, guide was knowledgeable, and Driver was very professional. I’m very impressed by the customer care services of Sycamore Ethiopia Tours Crew.
They were in touch with me throughout my trip to make sure I'm a having a wonderful time.

north ethiopia trip

North Ethiopia tour , wonderful tour, top tour operator and Guides

I traveled to North Ethiopia with my family and we visited the historical and natural destinations ; Addis Ababa , Lalibela , Bahrdar , Gonder and One day trekking in simien mountains . The tour was well organized by Haile the tour operator of sycamore tours and he was very nice guy and dedicated to his work. Every time he checked us and make our tour comfortable .

Sycamore team was also experienced ,
knowledgeable and professional they make our tour awesome and memorable really we had a great with them every destinations .
We love you so much and can't wait to see you again in our next trip.

Very reliable and flexible

I found Haile through a blog of a past traveler who left positive remarks about their experience with him. I arranged the Tigray tour with him and he was super helpful and very responsive. In the end I couldn't do the tour, but he still wrote me to check in on how my travels went. Very nice guy and highly recommended for those interested in the Tigray Region tours.

We did a one day tour from Axum to Wukro, stopping at the abuna yemata church.Haile was a great guide.he kept us informed about the region and the church.i must admit, scaling the rock wall with no safety equipment is not for everyone so make sure to get the full information before attempting this trip.we were supposed to do 3 churches but time simply ran out.so I recommend talking with Haile regarding time line for this excursion.i highly recommend taking this trip with sycamore Ethiopia tours. Haile was one.of the best guides we had in ethiopia.he was friendly and very informative.

Great north Ethiopia tour

I am coming back from a 8days trip north Ethiopia and i visited the historical sites of Lalibela , Gonder ,Bahrdar and as well as Addis Ababa . The tour was great and the service was amazing too.
I am happy that i bookd with the tour operator Haile and his travel company sycamore tours.

Five fantastic days at Axum

I had a beautiful tour at Axum with Haile.He was an excellent guide. He spoke very well English he was very pleased very friendly and he knows a lot of Ethiopia history and special about Axum.With Haile we had a fascinating glimpse into the history of this once great civilition.
