This corner of the Plateau offers plenty of photo opportunities but little more. The place is looking better now (from the front) than it has in a long time, but the armed guards around it mean access isn't happening.

I love photographing old buildings and this is one of them. Not in good conditions but it shows you the colonial side of the city. Just walking in front of it is a good option.
