Not huge and the facilities are simple, but what more does one need than a chance to see herds of elephants in the wild?? Easy to access from Ouaga, but note that if you go in the rainy season or just after it may be hard to see the animals. Mid to late dry season is best.

If you compare Nazinga to East-African parks, you can't have the same level of expectation but you will see amazing wildlife for a very low price. We had rented a car from Ouagadougou and hired a guide to come along with us (mandatory). He took us all over the park during almost two hours searching in vain for elephants but... More

Came here hoping to see elephants and weren't disappointed! The hotels are ok, some more pricey than others but all clean and in great places.

A nice spot in the south of burkina that has three options to stay in. One out side of the gate with two in the park. Cold beer, good food and the ability to bring your own. Kids loved the Elephants and other game.

This isn't an East African wildlife park, so temper your expectations. With that said, there's nothing cooler than seeing the elephants in the wild. I've done Nazinga in the rainy season (August) and the dry season (January). I would definitely recommend the dry season, as in the rainy season the grass grows so high that you couldn't see an elephant... More

The park is ok There are elephants and birds but not many other animals to see. Compared to the parks in East Africa it is small and offers little. However, if u are already in Burkina, it is not that far from Ouagadougou; the main city so it is nice to go there for one day. You shall go very... More

This off the beaten track park is a wondeful place for people to see wildlife with a great place to stay in a beautiful country. Nazinga was my last stop in Burkina. If you do not have your own transportation it can be very difficult to get in and out of unless you can hop on someones moto and then... More

Here again, we spent a few years not months or weeks in Burkina Faso, so we went to the Nazinga Game Park often. Its nice but kinda hit and miss on whether or not you will see wildlife. No lions but lots of elephants. Go in Jan. Feb. or Mar.

Not to be compared with east Africa, but as it is not busy a very relaxing place. Garantuee to see elephants up close. The lake has crocodiles, nice to sit and watch at night. Bring torch, chair and drinks.
