as part of a 2 day trip exploring major sites around tunisia the sahara was excellent. a 2 hours long camel trek into the sahara at a price of 25 dinar per person (about £10!)

Great visit! Went to the Star Wars film set and then camel riding across the desert the next day. Definitely worth doing as the scenery is so beautiful.
