We saw so many prides of lions close up (within 10 m), we tracked a leopard until she made a kill and watched her in her den with her cub the next morning. Had lions passing by our tent at night and Capre Buffalo grazing outside in the morning. The Zebras and Gazelles were so numerous, they often had to... More

A wonderful experience, lions, cheetahs, leopards plus all the other fantastic animals. We stayed at the public campsite and it was great! Clean toilets and showers at air temperature, which is all you need!

Visited the Serengeti in late May. Headed north following the migration towards the Kenyan border. North provided the best views and was the least busy of the park's areas. Most tourists headed to the west but did not see the much of the migration. Amazing experience. If you can, arrange a private tour so you can choose where you go,... More

We spent 3 days and felt we just started. We saw so many animals and so much behavior it was like making a National Geographic film with your own camera. The animals are truly breathtaking

A great park which offers you the great wild life in Africa to see animals in their natural habitat. We saw a kill by the loins.

If I had the words to describe the experience I would be making a fortune writing books. if you didn't see what you wanted then you weren't looking.

Serengeti means Endless Plains in Swahili and the national park certainly lives up to its name! We spent 2D1N here as part of our 4D3N safari trip with Majestic Kilimanjaro. Upon entering the park, we were greeted with sights of numerous gazelles, the occasional ostrich and a pack of hyenas. Being the second largest national park in Tanzania, our guide... More

This is the classic Serengeti of peoples' imagination. Expansive plains dotted with acacia trees, large herds of ungulates, and numerous predators, including lions, cheetahs, hyenas and jackals. There is also good bird life and resident herds of antelope, giraffes, zebra and wildebeests.
