We did a sunrise balloon ride over the Mara River and had a beautiful breakfast afterward on 8/28/2021. The crew was excellent, including our pilot, the balloon handlers, and the chef and waitstaff and drivers. Top notch experience seeing many animals near the river, including hippos, a crocodile, zebras, many antelope, and more. It was a very safe and comfortable ride with gorgeous sunrise and river and savanna views.

Miracle Experience is a great safari company with a distinct care and attention to detail. Be it from the pick up with their uniquely colored and identifiable safari vehicles to the wonderful members of staff, welcome tea or coffee at the early morning take off site, to the champagne welcome on landing, not to mention the breakfast in the wild experience. They really know how to handle their customers. Well done.

Our hot air balloon safari in the Serengeti with Miracle Experience was a highlight of our two-week trip. Arising at dawn we took a ride in the jeep with our wonderful driver Ramadan. He had visited us at our lodge the previous evening to prep us for the adventure so we knew what to expect. Very much appreciated that level of professionalism to make us feel safe and secure.
The ride was absolutely thrilling and Captain Matt was a superb host. His upbeat and friendly personality are a perfect complement to his excellent balloon piloting skills. We saw herds of frisky wildebeests, elephants, giraffes, zebras, a hippo and many, many more animals. It was so peaceful floating above the Serengeti and a beautiful way to enjoy Tanzania.
Breakfast afterwards was lovely and delicious. Special occasions were celebrated with cake and songs. Thank you for creating truly memorable moments we will carry with us for a lifetime.

One of the best Adventures I’ve embarked on. Balloon safari in the Serengeti plains with Miracle Experience was amazing. The entire experience was breathtaking, the ride, the game we viewed and the champagne breakfast after the balloon safari was fantastic. I recommend everyone visiting Serengeti National Park must ride the ballon with these guys. They’re professionals and very courteous.

As part of our safari, my mother and I also had the opportunity to go on a balloon safari over the Serengeti, which was an amazing experience. Everything starts very early in the morning, before the sun rises. From the balloon, you can see the dawn over the Serengeti, which is an unforgettable experience, and of course a great variety of animals to include perspective. Our pilot was very friendly and experienced and everything went well. I can definitely recommend the experience.

Miracle Experience Balloon safari FAR exceeded my expectations.
I booked the experience for my birthday and I felt 100% special from beginning to end.
The entire team made me feel safe, comfortable and happy to have spent the money and time.
They took beautiful pictures, made jokes to make me feel more comfortable and served an amazing breakfast after the flight.
They even sang happy birthday and gave me a cake at breakfast.
The experience is worth it!

The hospitality, respect and care from the staff is just amazing, i do not have anything to point on a negative view.
The balloon safari has its own unique experience to look at the Serengeti, with a magnificent sunrise and silence with the morning birds whispering.

Fulfilled one thing on our bucket list and We had an amazing experiece. Our pilot Mr Pradip is a great pilot and each turn or glide was well explained. His take off and landing was very very smooth. And your staff, each and everyone, had a smile and very helpful. We really had a fantastic experince and believe it or not, we have booked our family for a balloon safari tomorrow.
We saw great sunrise, they celebrated my husband's birthday at breakfast in the bush. The breakfast was really very nice. Thank you and we will surely do it again

Great balloon experience in northern Serengeti at the end of July 2024.
Impeccable care (our companion even played the game to the end to keep the surprise of this balloon flight to my 9 year old daughter), beautiful flight over the Mara River at sunrise (we saw many animals from above, and contemplated the wonderful landscapes of the African savannah).
After landing, enjoy a traditional glass of champagne, followed by a full Breakfast.
In the days that followed, we even received by e-mail the photos taken by the team before, during and after the flight.
The whole team is very friendly!
I would totally recommend Miracle Experience for this activity, it is definitely worth it!

In all of my world travels, THIS was one of the most amazing things I have ever done! From the very first moment of arriving at the balloon take off site, to the champagne celebration ending...followed by an incredible breakfast celebration...it was like something from a movie. Every detail and moment was curated so perfectly. Moses (our pilot) and every crew member made this trip so much fun and so memorable. Don't wait a second to book this life changing experience. The price for the Balloon ride which includes pick up from the lodge in Serengeti / Taxes for the balloon ride / Luxury Bush Breakfast and Drop off to Visitor Center / Kogatende Airstrip costs 599$ per person all inc.
Getting from Dar to Seronera - You could either fly with Precision Air directly to Seronera using Precision Air or Flightlink and spend a night in the park in Serengeti or you may drive in via Arusha or Mwanza.
We recommend you book your entire safari using a tour operator to get a smooth experience.
