Climbing Kilimanjaro has been the most difficult and thrilling experience of my life. The journey is definitely harder than most people think, especially on the last day. The final ascent will challenge you physically and mentally, but the breathtaking beauty of it all will also make it the most spiritual experience of your life. With the plethora of options out... I loved hiking Mount Kilimanjaro. I was in a group with 5 other hikers and we took the Lemosho route (8 day hike) with a program called Serengeti Pride. The Serengeti Pride guides were amazing. They really care about you and how you feel throughout the whole hike. Throughout the hiking days, some days were easier than others. Summit day... More

I engaged Thomson Safaris for a 9 day Lemosho route climb due to their excellent reputation for safety, service and successful summit climbs. The guides were top-notch! MC, Alfayo and Simon were unfailingly patient, helpful and attentive to our needs. Our tents were always ready by the time we straggled into the evening's camp and the food that they cooked... More

I would highly recommend climbing Kilimanjaro with Kili Excurisons. We hiked the Rongai route over six days and had a fantastic time. The price was very good value for the experience. Our guides Isaya and Guidian were knowledgeable and fun people to be walking with for 6 days. Our cook Alfa was fantastic, he cooked delicious meals with fresh vegetables... More

After a lot of research, our family decided to use Tro-Peaks Adventures for our climb on Kilimanjaro. I could not be happier with this decision. From the very start, Thomas and Daniel stood out from the rest. They are very responsive to e-mails, very patient with all the questions and were the one tour company that provided us with solid... We just climbed the Kilimanjaro and both made it to the top thanks to our amazing crew at Top Climbers. We took the Machame 6-day trek and hardly experienced any mountain sickness. Before arrival we had a lot of questions and Manase was quick to reply all of them and was very helpful. When we arrived in Moshi our guides... More

Just got back from Kilimanjaro (Machame 6-day trek) a week back and had a great time. The entire trek / route was very beautiful and the people / crew were great. I used Kilimanjaro Tanzanite Safari and it was a really good experience. It's very good value for money when compared to some of the more expensive tour operators. The... More

I started my climb on the 8th of June 2016. After reviews on TA I decided to do the 7 day Machame route with Focus in Africa. I was alone and was placed with a french girl who'm was also alone. I was very happy to have her company. First of all, I must say that the crew at Focus... More

Unbelievable experience all thanks to African Walking Company. They totally exceeded our groups expectations and there were 14 of us! 51 porters and guides took us up the mountain. And all 14 of us summited! That's a 100% success rate. We believe it's all because of the guides. The food was outstanding and we ate like kings and queens. They... More
