Nice beach for a short stop

If you visit the Medina and the nearby attractions, you can end up down here. Nice beach for a short stop, but nothing special at least for us the Medit/neans..

The Rabat beach is not the most beautiful in Morocco but it's a nice place to spend the day when the sun is out.

Surfers, beach walkers and fisherman will enjoy this beach. The Atlantic waves crash on the beach and the jettyy protects a small harbor that gives access to the river. A very active location.

This is not a tourist attraction. It is dingy and depressing with an array of ugly buildings along the foreshore. If you must go there, do so at sunset when the sun sinking into the sea and the fading light masks the ugliness.

The beach could be very nice but, unfortunately, it is full of garbage. It seems to be a popular place for local surfers but it seems like a bad idea for visitors. We were disappointed even if it was a very beautiful location.

The Atlantic Ocean beats against the sand and rocks. The ocean spray wets the bravest souls who venture onto the rocks. The water is cold but refreshing on a hot day. Sit back and relax. Watch the surfers tear up the curls and the young boys showing off on playing soccer and on homemade gym equipment. If the sand is... More

Remember what is coming down in the river from Rabat and you would be crazy to swim...even sun yourself. Dirty looking sand and also think why all of the cemeteries are on the lowest parts of the water courses
