We took 9 nights/10 days tour and every moment was worth it. Even though it was little hectic, It has to be one of the best tour and we enjoyed every part of it. However, I would recommend is not to pack itinerary too much, and don’t completely rely on booking agents. However, driver and guides will explain you better I’m such cases.
One of the highlight from the trip were friendly people, and I can’t say enough for the driver, Abdessamad, driver from Marrakech Travel Services. Abdessamad, or Abdel as we called him, was great, knowledgable, funny and over all a great guide as well. For us, he became a family and translator while communicating with locals. He would take you to the most authentic restaurant, and will just smile when you praise about it. During the trip, he made multiple stops at picture perfect places, and we have brought some amazing memories with us. My 2 year old daughter had started calling him Uncle, as elders are called in Morocco, and kept asking me about him for a week post return.
Over all it was a great trip, and I would recommend fellow travelers to skip Casablanca and Rabat, and spend more time in other places.

The most memorable trip organized by Marrakesh Travel Services that we can never forget. Right from the day we contacted the travel agency (Asmaa Amly) for a customized itinerary, to the meticulous planning that was done, to picking us at Marrakesh Airport and driving us to Casablanca and back was exceptional. The travel included visiting sights and sounds in Casablanca, Rabat & Marrakesh over 6 days. The crew including the Driver who was very special (Abdulah) and the English speaking tour guides made our visit very special. The monuments selected for our visit, the museums, the botanical gardens, the dinner suggestions, the conducted visit to the souks was well appreciated by one and all as we felt the rights shops were shown where we were not fleeced. The short trip to Atlas Mountains, the 3 valleys, Berber Camp, the desert glimpse and the light and sound show at Chez Ali experiencing the Arabian Nights was icing on the cake. Thank You Asmaa and Abdulah for taking care of us. We shall surely come back and you have given us a positive Moroccan experience.

I booked an airport pick up from these guys, they were very professional and we were safely taken to our hotel. Payment via the website was reasonable, simple and straightforward.
We also booked a day trip to the waterfalls, our friend fell ill the day before our excursion, so we all had to cancel very late the night before. We informed the company asap so their driver did not wait for us at 8am. The following day we walked to their office near the main square, explained our reasons for the last minute cancellation and they were absolutely wonderful and moved our excursion for the next day at no extra cost.
We were incredibly grateful for their understanding and customer service....I would 100% recommend their services.

As to the booking services, the company is very quick to confirm the availability. However, the service is provided by a third driver (marrakesh travel seems only an agency - we were pick up by the van of the agency and then left to a third driver).
As to the trip, we received from the travel agency a brouchure showing picture of tent and camp in the real sahara desert. Surprisingly, the camp is not in the sahara desert but outside zagora city in a rock field (!).
I believe their brouchure can be qualified as SCAM! it takes 8 hours road to join a camp in a rock field (?!?!?!).
As to the driver (third provider) he was quite polite but very smart. During the road trip he stops in certain cities and we were left to some local guides for city tours who in some cases forced us to buy something (pashmina).
Finally, as to the camp (the the rock field), people are very polite, accomodation not very confortable but overall the experience was good (food was great). But it does not worth 8 hours road trip.

I joined a 2-day Zagora Desert tour starting from Marrakesh organised by Marrakesh Travel Services on 30 Nov. The tour was well organised, from pickup service, camel riding, meals, camp fire, etc. The price and tips were found reasonable. The most important point is they hired a very reliable driver, Mr Nourdine, who was responsible for the 2-day, around 16 hours driving in total. I appreciate his driving attitude very much. Good tour👍🏻

I was picked up from Marrakech by Hicham of the Marrakesh Travel Services. Hicham took us through the Atlas Mountains and into the Sahara Desert. It was great teil filled with insights from Hicham. I definitely recommend taking the tour with him, because he is very punctual about time and will not let people in the group fall behind. He also speaks many languages, such as English, French and Spanish. His English is fluent.

I really enjoyed how my tour guide Ayabrahim interacted with the whole tour and was super helpful in helping us get the most of our experience. Not only was he super knowledgable but he was also really fun and got along with everybody immediately and made everyone feel like Morocco was their home. Ayabrahim was a great communicator and hospitable guide who I strongly recommend for anyone who is considering this experience. 5/5, I have no complaints. Thank you Ayabrahim!

The transfer from Marrakesh airport to the hotel and subsequently from the hotel to the airport was excellent. Both drivers were very friendly, helpful and punctual. The carriages were new and comfortable. I paid 30€ per return for four people plus luggage and although I knew I could have made the transfer for 1/3 of the amount if I chose a taxi, it is worth the rest and security that this agency allowed us.
After a trip by plane, still on top with kids, the last thing we want is to waste time regate taxi rates.
It also helped the pleasant trip, that the hotel was a short distance from the airport, in the Agdal area.
The drivers helped with the luggage and we had on both occasions a Mercedes minivan just for us.
If I return to Marrakesh, I intend to repeat the service.

Three stars for the guide / coordinator of the trip but Essaouira as an area was not worth it. When we arrived our guide pointed out where we should shop and eat. We were promised fresh fish and we received uncleaned unopened fish, clams and urchins that should have been tossed in the trash, and payed 1000 dirham for it. Very sad that this area was so dirty and filled with trash that ended up in the ocean, eaten by the fish they give you. They only wanted a quick cash grab.

My friend and I had an incredible adventure with Marrakesh Travel Services! Everything was taken care of from the airport pick up, tours, accommodations, desert excursion, etc.! Layla was very helpful and ensured that we felt well taken care of throughout the entire trip. Our driver, guides, and other staff we encountered were all wonderful. The riad was very clean and is in the perfect location! We appreciated that there was someone watching the front desk 24/7.
Our favorite part was the Zagora Desert experience! The drive was broken up into sections so we were able to visit some sights along the way. We stayed at the Tizi Luxury Camp and had an absolutely incredible experience! Our camel guide, Abraham, was very welcoming and willing to share so much about his culture (he was also a great photographer and got so many cute shots of my friend and I!). A quick note is that he mentioned if you feel so inclined to help out their people (Berber) that they are always in need of phone charging banks (~$8 on Amazon but hard to find in Morocco).
We highly recommend this travel company for anyone ready to have the adventure of a lifetime!

On Saturday, I booked your "Shared 3 days/2 nights from Marrakech to Merzouga" tour in Spanish from the 23rd to 25th November. Later on, I modified my pickup location because previously I haven´t booked my accomodation.
When I did the modification I got a message saying that I needed to contact you by phone in order to confirm my new pickup point. Because it was Saturday evening you wasn't in your office (in addition, I want to avoid the cost of an international call). So, instead, I messaged you through TripAdvisor and, after a few days, to your contact email in your website but you still hasn't answered. Can you please confirm that the changes have been accepted and what is the new pick up point?

After experiencing the Sahara, I can only recommend you spend a night as it is truly a magical experience to watch the sunset on the back of a camel, arriving at a clamping destination fit for a king . It would not be possible for half day tour as it takes time to get there and by the time you reach the Sahara it would be time to head back . How ever it is not impossible.
