This is just the worst experience ever! I booked a trip, and instantly contacted the organizers about details of the trip. They did not answer me for 3 days. And only after I reminded several times and started to call them, they decided to tell me that my trip is cancelled. At it is the day before the start. Very nice. Not to mention that I booked a hotel in Marrakech, and transportation to Marrakech from Agadir (bc I live in Agadir) - and the day before the date everything is non-refundable. If I got the info earlier, I could have cancelled my hotel for free. Communication is like "Yes, we cancel your trip. We have no control about it." Like who has control over it? Nobody apologized not for the late response (I waited for 3 days and reminded several times, because panicked that nobody will pick me up), not for the late cancellation. Only when I mentioned that it would be nice that you at least apologize, they did it. Thank you, but when somebody asks you for sorry, it is a signal that you should have done it earlier. I understand that now is covid and everything, but this bad review is about communication, and I think that it is a job of the organizators to ORGANIZE everything, and solve the problems when they arise. You do not just throw cancellation a day before the trip in your customer, and do not answer the phone. Terrible. Just terrible.…

Very good experience overall! Be careful of tourist traps in certain places - the scarf wasn't needed and you can buy along the way for 10x cheaper. Meals were fairly expensive compared to local standards as those restaurants were mainly catering to tourists. Our driver Mostafa, young and energetic guy made the trip wonderful!…

Review of: 2-Day Zagora Desert Tour from Marrakech
We booked this trip for my girlfriend and I in february 2020. The trip itself was nice enough albeit quite long but we expected that. The stops and visits along the way are interesting (minus the restaurants whose quality and prices are disappointing) But the really bad experience we had was with our travel companions which consisted of an entire terribly bad behaved italian family. They managed to ruin the entire first leg of our trip. My girlfriend and I were the only one outside of the 12 or so persons group. Not only were they loud and obnoxious, complaining about everything during the trip, but they tried their best to exclude us from even the group tent once we arrived at the camp. Now, this rather unique experience doesn't mean the tour is bad, it just disappointed us greatly that the organizers didn't have the foresight to put us in another group instead of cramming us in someone else's family holiday. Luckily we managed to "escape" the next morning, having arranged with the first driver to be transferred in a group that followed the exact same tour. Overall, do book the tour if you have time, are on a budget and don't expect 5 stars amenities and meals. The night in the desert and the camel rides are wonderful experiences. But again, make sure you end up with a good group, or at least ask not to be stuck with an entire family.…
