I went to Morocco for 8 days. Before the travel, Morocco Sahara Trips was promptly responsive to my enquiries, and offered a good price for the trip.
The driver named Hassan took good care of us during the whole trip, not only according to the agreed itinerary, but also brought us to other interesting places along the route. 9 He brought us to visit his friends and family, so we could have a better understanding of the local people. He is very nice and also bought us a box of dates as gifts for eating along the drive trip. He also entertained our request to have an additional ride on the camel after the sunrise. He brought us to experience the Hamman which was rated No. 1 in the Trip Advisor, and it was a wonderful experience.
The local guides in Fez and Marrakech were nice and explained the places clearly to us. The hotels arranged met our expectation. The SUV provided was clean and tidy.
All in all, I strongly recommend this company to everyone who would like to visit Morocco, because you will definitely have a more comfortable and happy journey through their service and arrangement.

We went for 12 days. Our guide, Hamid, was accommodating and knowledgeable. Even down to where to use the bathroom, where to buy certain products, which bank was best for specific cards. All the local information and cultural tidbits you want to know are but a question away!
Throughout the trip there were also local guides that knew their specific areas very well, guiding us to the special spots of their city and helping take photos. Our guide himself gave us a lot of information, be it historical persons involved with the place we were visiting or cultural and ethnic traditions and differences. Compared to tour groups I’ve been in in the past, I liked that there was plenty of flexibility, be it when and where you want to eat, or what activities you want to participate in (or not).
My favorite part of the trip was definitely going into Sahara desert (going to Merzouga). We rode camels into a camp and ATVs out of it in the morning (ATVs were additional cost). Riding a camel felt similar to riding a horse (except when you get on and off… hold on tight and lean back!). The ATVs were also very fun, but you should definitely wear gloves if you are driving (cold), and make sure to borrow a helmet with a liftable visor so you can see the beautiful dunes but also not freeze your face off.
Both experiences were fantastic, as was the sand boarding and star gazing at the camp itself. We ski, so sand boarding was definitely a great novelty. Another group of camel riders even stopped to ask to borrow the board after us, because it looked so fun! ( Also, like Anakin Skywalker said… the sand gets everywhere. There was sand in my shoes and jacket pockets 3 days after leaving!) Don’t wear any white if you are afraid of it getting dirty!
Other favorites of the trip:
1. Volubilis. Surprise there are Roman ruins! The guide for this was fantastic. As a not-an-archeologist it’s hard to tell what exactly each part was, but our guide told us everything from where the Main Street was, what’s that arch, that was a temple, there’s the East Gate, etc. He could even cover local fauna and explain the contents of the mosaics.
2. Chefchaoen. The Blue City, lovely for photos and plenty of cats! It’s not too big and has some landmarks so we self-explored without feeling like we couldn’t find our way back to the hotel. Also the hotel was lovely.

I am glad to have chosen Morocco Sahara Trips for our very first trip to Morocco which was finished to our entire satisfaction. We spent 14 days travelling in a private tour covering major cities and scenic places around Tangier, Chefchaouen, Fés, Sahara Desert, Marrakech and Casablanca. It was a fantastic time for us ever. Hassan who was responsible for our booking provided us with the proposal of itinerary and all the necessary information promptly before we booked the trip. He was patient and accommodating to address our questions and the sudden request for changes of schedule and itinerary right before the trip. My husband and I were so happy to see Hassan to receive us on the first day and knew that he was our driver and tour guide for the trip. We were well taken care of throughout the whole trip and gained a lot of information from Hassan especially those relating to desert as he is a desert boy and is an desert expert. We spent 2 nights in the desert camp which were amazing. The camp was very clean, comfortable, well equipped with private toilet and hot shower. The Moroccan meals provided were great too. The camp fire and music arranged by the team at night were entertaining and enjoyable. We were fully satisfied with all the arrangements including itinerary, accommodations, activities and meals (if included). Most importantly, we were happy to have a reliable and professional driver and guide who treated us like friend and gave us a peace of mind in Morocco. I highly recommend Morocco Sahara Trip. Thanks Hassan and the team for bringing us a memorable time in Morocco.

Amazing! wonderful! memorable! fantastic! Mind blowing! name it, everything in one package. Browsing thru google and found moroccosaharatrips.com. Mohammed was very quick in providing me with all the information needed, communicated with him via whatsapp, everytime i ask a question, no matter what the time is he responds. Booked a 3 day desert tour, our tour guide Hassan, did a great job, a lot of stories to tell, drove very safe and took good care of us. First day, stops for pictures, visited places included in the tour, hotel accommodation very comfortable, clean and relaxing (transportation and accommodation) Drive was long but never a dull moment. 2nd day, more surprises!!! Continued our tour, appreciated the views too much and forgot to take videos and photos. Todra Gorges and desert experience were a blast!!! Thank you, Hassan (our camel man)!!! Ended the night at the camp, everyone treated us so well, we got so lucky as we have the site all by ourselves, dinner, stargazing with Berber music. Our tent!! Oh!! Beyond our expectations!! Heavy breakfast served by Ibrahim as well as our delicious dinner helped us to start our 3rd day perfect. Saed, our tour guide going back to Marrakech had great stories to tell too, shared their culture and learned a lot. This trip makes you look forward to the journey. stopped over to draa valley and back to Marrakech. Everyone went beyond from treatment to service. We decided to book our day trip with the same company to Essouira. We are tight on schedule and Saed made it possible for us to do everything we want. Tour guide always on time. Will definitely book with them again for the unfinished destinations. Thank you so much for the experience!!

We spent three unforgettable days with Morocco Sahara Trips. The pick-up from Riad in Marrakech was as planned and driver Hasan was very reliable. First night we overnight in Kasbah Agoulzi in a village near Kalaat M'Gouna (City of Rosses) and second night in desert near Merzeouga, where we admire Starfall Moroccan sky with Berber music played by our hosts. Everything ran smoothly and we will never forget all the different colours of Morocco.

Said is a very nice and friendly driver, caters to our needs and brings us to very local restaurants! He is punctual and neat and drives very safely, we always have a good sleep.
Our trip around whole Morocco is very fulfilling, we visited Rabat, Chefchaouen, Fes, Todra Gorge, Dades Valley and Merrakech. Each place is nicely arranged, especially for the Merzouga Luxury Desert camp. Everyone there is so nice and food is yummy. Sandboarding is really fun too! Our camel guide is very friendly and takes photos for us along the way.

This was our first trip to Morocco and it was our first time staying in the desert. Everything is well organised and it was an amazing experience and a 3 days trip is definitely not enough.
Special thanks to Hassan, he is really born and bred in the desert. Thanks to him we can explore way much more hidden places and spots throughout the entire trip!

1. Company: Morocco Sahara Trips - Easy and strait forward to communicate via emails. Very responsive.
2. Driver: Hamid - A very humble and mature young man. Always on time. Took good care of us. Provide useful Morocco history info along the trip. We enjoyed his company during the trip.
3. Duration of the trip: 13 days with 12 full days of tour. Feb 2023.
4. Cost: Private tour price for 2 is competitive to Gate 1 group tour price of the similar time/duration.
5. Our trip: Casablanca (1 night at Kenzi Basma), Tangier (1 night at Kenzi Basma), Chefchaouen (2 nights at Dar Echchaouen Maison d'hôtes & Riad), Fez (2 nights at Riad Al Makan), Merzouga (1 night at Dar Morocco), Erg Chebbi dunes (1 night at luxury camp), Dades Valley ( 1 night at Ksar sultan Dades), Marrakech ( 3 night at Opera Plaza Hotel Marrakech ).
If I were to do it again, I probably would cut down to 10 days from 12 days. I would also cut Tangier.
6. The hotel Kenzi Basma in Casablanca can be upgraded. The other hotels are all OK. The two riads we stayed in Chefchaouen (Dar Echchaouen Maison d'hôtes & Riad) and Fez (Riad Al Makan) are just great. A must to stay in riads when in Morocco.
7. 3 local guides the private tour included were all very knowledgeable!
8. Yes, I would recommend this private tour to friends. The private tour gives you opportunities to experience more of the local Morocco culture, including staying in a small traditional riad, walking with local guides in the old medina of Fez and Marrakesh. Even the camel ride and ATV ride (add on option) in the desert were private with our own guides.

Morocco Sahara trips company execellent service We did the tour in 4x4 for 4 days, starting in Tangier and ending in Marrakech. Together with Hassan (driver) and Mohammed (guide) we had an unforgettable experience. Very good attention and kindness of both. They were two incredible travel companions. They accompanied us throughout the tour. We met Tanger, Fez, Chefchouane, Efraine, Dades Valley, Merzouga, among others.
The night in the desert luxury camp was amazing. The walk with the dromedaries, the lodging and the food in the middle of the Sahara do not have waste. Unique moments.
SUPER recommended the tour, and we want to thank again hassan and Mohammed some incredible days in Morocco.

We are a group of 9 people. Our driver and Hassan (our tour guide) made this a really great experience. Hassan was really friendly and explained alot about everything. He was very patient, forthcoming, funny, friendly and humble. Merzouga desert was awesome as we slept under millions of stars. So glad we were lucky enough to see the shooting stars and the milky way so clearly. This trip was one of the most beautiful moments of my life. Highly recommend this tour company!!
