My husband and I traveled to Morocco in January 2020 and booked a 5 day (4 night) private tour with Merzouga Tours. We had an incredible trip, I highly recommend booking with them! We started our tour in Marrakech with our tour guide Sabir and driver Lhasan. We traveled from Marrakech to Gorge Dades, Merzouga, Fes, Chefchaouen, and ended our tour in Casablanca, spending one night in each city.
Sabir was an amazing tour guide! He is very knowledgeable, speaks multiple languages, and knows a ton of history about Morocco and the sights we visited. Sabir made sure we were comfortable, safe, and had a great time. He gave us tips on where to purchase souvenirs for the best price and other helpful tips for the markets. Sabir made our experience unforgettable, we were really happy to travel with him!
Lhsan was an amazing driver. Some of the roads we traveled were very difficult (mountains/hills, uphill) but Lhsan was very safe and careful. We always felt comfortable in the car with him. There was a lot of driving over our 5 day trip and I'm sure it was difficult for him but he was very patient and always had a smile on his face.
Our favorite part of the trip was the tour of Merzouga - the Sahara is beautiful. We rode camels through the desert, watched the sunset, and rode to our camp. Make sure to book the luxury camp, it is definitely worth it! It is like a 5 star hotel in the middle of the desert, it was an amazing experience. Overall we had an unforgettable trip and created many memories in the beautiful country of Morocco, highly recommend using Merzouga Tours!

The 5 day trip was amazing and the tour company deliver what it was promised very , the Riads and the locations visited had a little bit of flavor for every type of traveler.
I wish the stops were a little longer, everywhere we stopped was a reason to explore! however is understandable that needed to reach our destinations on a targeted time at the end of the day.
A beautiful cross over the Atlas Mountains and also Draa Valley! Worth coming back for some camping and hiking. I recommend this 5 day tour so you are not super rushed to see everything , this was enough time and we covered a huge variety of terrains.

We had an amazing three nights 4 days trip with Merzouga tours ,they gave us the opportunity to discover the authentic Morocco to feel the culture of Berberians ,Nomads to experience the beauties of the khasbas in Morocco! I am very proud of the Merzouga tours people they were very polite helpful with energy and we were feeling every moment we spent during our trip that we were under the protection of a family. The views, khasbas ,mountains ,rivers oasis and desert i saw will be forever in my heart . The freedom of the people i met their culture and their way of life have changed my point of view of a lot of aspects in my life . I suggest every traveler of Morocco to give the opportunity to the Mergouza tours share with them an unbelievable trip

My sister and I booked our trip with merzouga tours the day we were supposed to head to Merzouga and camp in the desert.we were going from Fes->Merzouga->Marrakesh. Merzouga tours was super responsive on WhatsApp and they were able to connect us with their guide, Saber. Saber was on time and ready to get us out to the desert. He parked near our Riad in fes and sent me his location so he was easy to find. Saber is super knowledgeable about his country and All the sights we stopped at and drove by. He provided us with lots of photo ops and stopped at a local restaurant on our way out to Merzouga where we enjoyed some tagine and local apples. We got to Merzouga just in time for a camel ride out to camp and stopped about halfway for photos and to watch the sunset. Our camp was pretty quiet, just me and my sister and one other group. I think camp would’ve have been more fun with more people there but tourists w are slowly creeping back in and the other group who was there was quite lively during the Berber bonfire and music and provided us some dancing entertainment. Breakfast at camp was so delicious. Need to figure out how to make it at home. Day two, we only had a day out to Merzouga and then to Marrakesh budgeted, was full of lots of gorgeous stops over kasbahs, in gorges, and at a roadside Berber clothing shop.
TLDR: merzouga tours was worth the price. Saber was an excellent driver, there’s no way we would’ve survived driving ourselves or on a long bus ride. Saber was knowledgeable and had a really clean car. Highly recommend to anyone considering this trip!!

I definitely highly recommended book the tours with Merzouga. My friend and I, booked Merzouga private tours for 4days with private transport to explore Casablanca, Asilah, Tangier, Chefchaouen, Fez and Marrakesh. Saber (our driver/ tour guides/ photographers etc.) was very knowledgeable, great hospitality and professional guide who drive us in different places to learn more cultures and stories behind each city with different amazing local guides. We got a chance to stay in three different local Riads in each city and tried Moroccan food and learn languages, which all amazing.
Overall, it was amazing well planned trip in all. My friend and I were heartbreaking when we leave. It was unforgettable vacation in Morocco. Definitely, in the future ‘INSHALLAH’ will come back and explore another parts of Morocco again.

Very great experience. Merzouga Desert is like in the movies (pay attention not to book Zagora desert because it's a way less suggestive). The van was clear and comfortable. Saber, our young guide, has been very enthusiastic, kind, true and pleasant. We quite often stopped to take some photos and see Casbah. At the sunset we were on a chamel enjoying with a fantastic Berber man and, after dinner we set round a fire singing and playing with berbers in the amazing camp where we had our tent. The tour was private, Saber took us from our Riad and there were no hidden costs. Pay attention to cheaper travels, they're full of false promises and at the end you're going to spend the same money with a worse experience. Pay attention also to domains, there are 3 similar, be sure to reach out Abdoul or Saber. Choosing the correct company makes the difference between a good or bad experience

I choose Merzouga tours to lead a yoga retreat in the desert and came with a group of 8 people.
Me and all my group are so grateful for this experience, they loved so much every day and experience, adventure and activities we had.
We had one day for relax, but we decided that we wanted to do something, so Saber set us up with a quads ride in the dunes and an afternoon in an amazing villa with a swimming pool just by the dunes (this was not included so he work hard to give us the best free day even if nothing was in the program l, was so nice of him and we really appreciated)
The luxury tent where we stayed were so beautiful with such attention for details and an amazing Moroccan design which if you have sense for style you will fall in love.
The nights at the camp were always so nice after dinner they play for a little bit typical desert music around the fire, that, the stars and the beautiful logos vibes made everything so special and magical.
I felt super safe with them, I’ve learned a lot about their history and culture, Saber is an incredible guide, but not only that he is a very kind and beautiful soul, he will always make sure that you have all you need and that you are happy.
Ask about him he is great!!!
I am very happy that I’ve choose Merzouga tours and I will for sure choose them again, everything was like I’ve dreamed and of something wasn’t well remember: you are in adventure time embrace it all and be grateful!
Thank you so much guys!
I highly recommended to travel with them!

We spent 3 days travelling from Marrakech to the Sahara desert on a private tour for 11 people. The spectacular landscapes that go from mountains to desert are just breath taking. We took some amazing photos and we experience so many different things like the berber village, the camel ride, spending a night in the desert and so much more. Abdula the driver and Sabir the guide made these days even more special! I would recommend this tour to anyone. Morocco is a beautiful country and has so much to offer!

Such an incredible trip from start to finish. The journey from Marrakesh to Merzouga was very long so I would recommend spreading it over 4 days / 3 nights and doing a private tour. Saber was a brilliant tour guide, ver knowledgable and helpful and made stops whenever we wanted. The accommodation along the way is great with friendly hosts and great traditional meals. The sandbording was great and is included in the price, the Quad bikes were EUR 50 extra and well worth it driving through the dunes. Overall a fantastic trip, all mad by Saber!!

Two friends and I did an overnight trip: the first leg driving from Marrakech to the Merzouga desert; one night in a camp in the Sahara; and the second leg from Merzouga to Fes.
Saber was our fantastic guide. I’m sure the experience is a little different depending on who guides you, but Saber was able to talk to us fluently in English and Spanish (while teaching us the occasional word in Arabic or Berber languages) about all kinds of things. The context and tips he gave us really made driving hours out to the desert a more enriching experience! On both days of driving, we stopped occasionally (and briefly) to take photos, enjoy the views, and/or buy a trinket. He made the stops for food flexible depending on our needs (and taking time into account).
When we arrived at the desert, we rode camels (dromedaries) amongst some dunes and then rode sandboards down the dunes as the sun set before getting to camp. In the camp, we had dinner, a dance/drum circle, and general merriment with the other groups of people that were staying the night there, too. In the morning, we rode the camels out again, watching the sun rise.
The drive to Fes was great, with the highlights being monkeys and the Middle Atlas mountains. Our guide showed us a bit of Fes with the little time we had left. We were sad to finish the adventure!

We.are a damimy of 7 and are looking to travel to merzouga. We arrive in errachidia and then we will drive to merzouga. We have 3 full days I. Merzouga . Would you recommend doing g one or 2 nights at the camp and then the last night at the hotel close to the sandunes, one that has a pool.
Would it be better to do one day at the camp and then 2 days at the hotel. What would be the difference. Between each and wich one would you recommend.
Thank you.

Hola
Me gustaría saber el precio de un tour y'a estando en Merzouga. Preferiría cotizaciones para tour de 1 día y para un tour de 2 días ya que no contarìa con mucho tiempo en Marruecos. Sólo es 1 persona y posibilidad de 2.
Saludos y gracias
