We had an amaizing time with our guide in the desert ! It was exactly what we asked for, away from the tourist mass and hiking in the nature !! Would do it again for sure !

We chose to go with Go Sahara Tours based on the good reviews. This tour did not disappoint. We had such an amazing Trip. Our Guide Ahmed was an absolute star! His English was good and take us to the real Moroccan culture and people. We were well looked after and he is a good safe driver.

It was a fun tour. Although we book with Go Sahara tours but only the two of us ended up in the same bus with the group from Go City tours. Abdoul answered slowly but everything worked out just as planned. Azdin, the driver of Go City tours was a nice guy, he drove crazy like everyone but apparently well. :) If you have a bad travel sickness this 10 hours drive on the mountain serpentine is not for you! I would like to mention that since we booked through a separate company we were separated from the others both nights. I found this pretty sad..ending up two of us alone. I would have loved to enjoy the company of the others who we got to know better through the long drive and daily programs. So this was the downside of the tour. The good part was, what I will mention in a review for Go Sahara Tours again, that apparently we paid a bit more so we stayed in better places and enjoyed the desert and the dromedar ride longer. The first night was in a lovely place. The personal was very kind and the food was nice too. On the second night after leaving the others on the side of the desert where they stayed we drove more in then got on a dromedar and rode in for an hour during the sunset. So we actually stayed in the desert and not just on the side. In the morning we rode out and hour again and stopped to take pictures at the sun rise. The other group didn't have this experience since their camp was next to the parking lot and they didn't even ride in that far so they only see the desert all around. Here comes a draw back again. Since our tour costs a bit more there were not many people in the camp so the 'playing some traditional music' after dinner wasn't much fun but of course it usually depends on the people. I heard this part was way more fun at the rest of the group. The drive back made a lot of fun all together again. Playing music from each others countries. I wish the whole experience in the desert all around you and being with one group the whole time would be possible then this tour would be perfect. I have read some reviews before I booked and yes they give you a menu of different touristy price and you can go to a different place (where btw the other tours bring their groups) but for what? For that 3€ difference because you go off alone? I just think it is rude! They live from tourism. If you go somewhere you are there to support them. I found the day at Ait Ben Haddou super touristy and not a must but it is part of it. The second day was sooo much better! Our guide Couscous was really funny, helpful and honest. I liked the tour in the Berber village where they showed us a carpet shop (and didn't force us to buy anything). The gorge is nice too. I actually would have rather spent some more time there hiking around. All together it is a nice experience just please let the people know that they will be split or organize the groups from the beginning separately :) Thank you Azdin for bringing us home safely and Couscous for the fun day and all your knowledge!

We just finished a seven day holiday to Morocco with an itenary and service provided by Go Sahara Tours. We enjoyed every point on out itenary and the riads we stayed in all met our expectations. The tour guide provides in Marrakesh was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We had a great time going around with him. For certain our greatest praise is for our driver Yassine. He is extremely professional, discreet and was attentive to our needs. He certainly made our experience a memorable one as we seriously cannot thank him enough. He is a great asset to the company.

My family and i (15 people from 4 month baby to 84 year old grandma) to a10 day tour around Marco. We got to feel the marocon magic and left with a taste of more! Thanks to Abdu and Yasin that took care for every little thing that we needed, manage this trip that was not always simple to manage as we had many different needs. They always had a big smile on there face and could answer avery questions that we had consern to the places we have been at. If you want to enjoy Maroco without taking care for all the administration, and to have somebody that can tell you about this beautiful country— they are the people for that!
