Our 4 day desert tour was very special and was no doubt much better then we expected.
Youssef was a very lovely, considerate, caring and patient guide. He was a very people’s person getting along with all of us on the tour in a very respectful and understanding manner.
He made the whole experience very enjoyable
with his in depth knowledge and facilitation of our needs.

The camel riding was an experience of a lifetime, riding through the desert during sunset and after. Quad biking I have experienced in many countries however this was easily by far the best a wonderful breathtaking scenic adventure. To top it off a action packed sand dunes ride on a jeep ride.

The historic sites we visited and the absolutely fantastic night in the desert camp with our host Mohammed being a truly inspiring host to remember for life. He really spoilt us with lots of refreshments and delicious food and an awe inspiring service. Sleeping under the stars was a truly magical experience.

This tour thought of everything and were very accommodating to our needs.

I would genuinely highly recommend this adventure for both families and friends alike. Definitely unforgettable memories of a lifetime.

Me and a group of 6 booked a 3 day excursion for
11.08.21 - 13.08.21.
Our driver was called Yousef a real gentlemen, very knowledgeable and offered a personalised service, it was my first time in Morocco 🇲🇦 and Yousef taught me a lot about the people and the culture.

I would definitely recommend picking Yousef as your driver.

One of the nights we spent in the desert camp and I have to say the facilities and hospitality were fantastic!
Each tent was fully equipped with beds 🛌 and clean shower and toilet facilities.

Mohammed was a fantastic host at the desert camp, he provided ice cold water which in the 50 degree heat of the desert was exactly what we were looking for, the food that was served was also fantastic.

Camel 🐪 riding in the desert was good, the 2 chaps were very friendly and respectful, we done quad biking in the desert, the 2 chaps that acted as guides were very experienced drivers and made the experience feel like one to remember.

Yousef picked 2 hotels for us to stay in during our excursion, both hotels were very modern and had all the facilities that you would expect from a European Hotel.

All in all the experience was one to remember and I would definitely be returning to Morocco 🇲🇦 soon and will definitely request for Yousef again.

My husband and I went on the 3-day tour from Marrakesh to Sahara Desert and I must say, our trip would never be the same without this 3 day excursion! The experience was excellent from beginning to end. Mohammed was a great guide and has in-depth knowledge of the country. Ask him anything! We learned so much about Moroccan culture. Of obvious the camel ride into the Sahara Desert was tremendous, sunset in the desert, sunrise sand boarding and all. It was timed so well, and I can't stop looking at the sunset photos that we took. The camp site was amazing, with WiFi and private showers too. What really took us to another level was the unexpected visit to a Berber family living in a cave. The visit was short but it meant so much to us, experiencing and eye witnessing the reality of some Berber families. We were offered some hot tea, played with the little boy and his baby sheep. I believe this could only been done with a great local tour guide. Thanks very much Mohammed. I would recommend this tour and love to be back again!

We only had time for a one day tour so we booked to go to the Atlas Mountains for: breakfast in a Berber house, a camel ride, a short hike to a waterfall, a mule ride down the mountain, lunch at another Berber house and 1hr quad biking around the lake.

We drove a long way during the trip and saw some incredible snow-capped mountain views and many Berber villages.

Our guide Said was so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We stopped often for photos and he was full of interesting facts and advice. We would never have found our way around without Said.

It's hard to pick a highlight of this tour as everything was so interesting and so much fun. The Berber house breakfast and lunch were very special and we would never have been able to arrange these ourselves. Our hosts spoke no English but were hospitable and happy to have photos with us.

We were picked up at 8am and dropped off at around 6pm so we had a very full day. The following day we ached a little but it was so worth it.

If we return to Marrakesh I will definitely take a tour with Said again.

My husband and I were on a 2 week world tour and for me this was the highlight of the entire trip. From start to finish every detail was well thought out, organized, and exceeded every expectation. In the planning phase Mohammed was fantastic answering questions and responding to emails right away. As we got close to the trip I didn't hear from him for 2 days and emailed to check in. Within 4 minutes my phone was ringing and he called to assure me everything was ready for our arrival.
From the time we touched down in Marrakech our guide, Youssef, took care of us as if we were family... or maybe even better. He was so knowledgeable about everything, shared personal stories about daily life in Morocco, and adjusted the tour at a moment's notice if there was something else we wanted to see or do.
Half way through the trip we stopped to use the restrooms at a small, random coffee shop. My husband left his phone sitting on a little table towards the back. He realized he left it maybe 2 hours later when we stopped to take photos and we both resigned to the fact we'd never see the phone again. While taking photos Youssef was on his phone with a friend who knew another friend who knew someone who might know the coffee shop phone number. Within 30 minutes someone was on their way to the coffee shop to pick up the phone to drop off at a hotel where another tour guide was going by and would deliver it to us at another location the next day. It COMPLETELY UNREAL! In no other country would a brand new iPhone 7 be discovered at a whole in the wall location and then have so many people go through so much trouble to get it back to us. The icing on the cake is when we got it back the next day. It has a magnetic case on it. There were euro coins still stuck to the magnetic strip! I couldn't believe the level of integrity of the Moroccan shop owners and tour guides. If for no other reason I would return to Morocco just to support such amazing people.
The country is breathtaking, there's so much to see and do, the food is wonderful and lots of options, and the people are incredible. I can't highly enough recommend Morocco in general and this company to make your trip a once in a lifetime experience!

This was not a "couples" trip but I had to click something. This tour with G Adventures was excellent in my view. We were 14 people in total. 4 couples late 50s/early 60s, six young folk...20s...We all clicked very well. Yassine, our guide, was a 29 year old Moroccan. Amazing ambassador for his country. This is an "adventure" tour so you are staying in interesting, quaint hotels. You are travelling in a comfortable van. We covered just over 3000 km. There were lots of stops along the way. There's free time and you are not obliged to eat or always be with the group. All breakfasts were included and about 4 lunches and 4 dinners. You experience local sights with local guides. We rode camels and camped one night in the desert. We walked up a mountain path and stayed overnight with a family, kind of like their version of a bed and breakfast. We had a fish fry over charcoal at a fishing port. Ate in the markets at the food stalls in Marrakech. I felt that that this trip was excellent value for the cost. We all enjoyed ourselves and we did not all know each other before hand. There was flexibility in what you did or did not do....but we mostly all always did all of what was offered. If you are looking for luxury and five stars....this is not your trip. But if you want a wonderful "experience", see how the country really is and get an education about this interesting country, try this G Adventures trip.

We had an excellent tour guide called Yousef and he couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. He stopped when we wanted to and we had a really good trip from 9:00 - 15:00 with a good lunch included (although too much food for us at lunch time). Definitely recommend this trip.

What can i say?....AMAZING!!!!

I booked All Trails Day Tour in advanced and liaised with the manager Joussef. From the first email i felt reassured and comfortable with thia company. Paid a small deposit to secure my booking via PayPal.

My partner and I did a one day tour visiting the Atlas mountain and Berber Village, Quad biking, mule and camel rides.

Had a fantastic tour guide and conversation kept flowing...this was one of the best excursion i have ever done. Most importantly, the highlight of my Marrakech trip.

My advice to othera: do where comfortable hiking boots/walking shoes, bring wet wipes and a bottle of water. If you need something do not be afraid to ask the tour guide...they will make a pit stop etc.

A big big big thank you to everyone at All Trails Tour. I will be booking through this company again when i visit other cities in Morocco.

I highly recommend this company.

We have given this a 3 star as although we had a great day there were definitely a few problems.

Pick up was on time and a good, new, comfortable car, the driver/guide (don't know if he was a guide or not) was good and very friendly.

When we got to the waterfalls however he just pointed at a path and said follow that down to the waterfall, we followed this path which stopped and you had to go down the hill with no clear paths. We got lost for over an hour in the 40 degrees heat which was obviously not ideal, other people were with guides on their separate tours (they all weren't heading to the waterfall so we couldn't follow one) and it was hard for them to direct through these woods we were heading through. We eventually turned around and made it back to the start point and then headed down the hill on the other way "the exit" route from the waterfalls down the steps and past the shops.

We eventually made it down and found our driver/(guide?) at the bottom waiting for us. We were not happy at this point however he redeemed the day by paying for our boat trip under the waterfall and also by reserving us, in or opinion, the best seat in the best cafe for our lunch.

The waterfall was a great thing to say however it was Moroccan school holidays and it was full of kids jumping in the water which rendered the water a horrible brown colour at the bottom, we know from a family members previous trip that at different times of the year the water was very clear and attractive. This is not the tour operators fault though of course.

We would have scored this a 5 had we not just been pointed in a direction and sent off on our own. This was not acceptable in our opinion.

First of all we would like to thank you for your honest appraisal of All Trails and your experience with us. We are constantly trying to include more updates hoping to improve the quality of the services. In the past we have always held the view offering free time on arrival at Ouzood waterfalls was the best option for our guests. We based this opinion on the fact that to walk down the main footpath to the falls there are lines of shops and we didn't want to be in the situation of other tour operators that end up taking their groups to these places. We at All Trails believe that shopping is a personal experience and should not be one where the individuals feel that the only reason that they may have been taken to a particular shop/place is so that the guide receives a commision. The guide(Driver/guide) that accompanied you on this particular occasion is a registered guide and has been since 2009. We have a policy of using officially registered guides. In light of your review we are now considering changing our policy to accompany our groups all the way down to the falls. We are very pleased that you enjoyed everything else related to your experience with us. All Trails

We arranged a private tour with Senhaji Zaher through the La Mamounia Hotel. He took five of us through the Medina, the Mellah and the Kasbah. He is extremely knowledgeable of the history, culture, customs and he explained everything in excellent English. He has a sense of humour that was exhibited in all of the discussions he held.

His email address is senhajizaher1@yahoo.fr
