The souken in Marrakech is really a fantastic place. I just loved it. All the nice things, smells, colors and all the nice people you'll meet. Also you'll have to haggle. If you dont like the ending price just say so and part like friends....More

Such a great experience - you can find pretty much anything you're after here, and for a great price. Make sure you barter with the stall owners though (especially if you're British) as they'll try and get as much money out of you as possible!...More

The souks of Marrakech hold so much variety. You can find bags, souvenirs, carved wood, ceramics, jewellery, products made from tyres, spices, argan oil, rugs, and so much more. The huge downside however is that you can't go there without being bothered. My mum and...More

Ignore the 'cheaper than Lidl' and go for what you like.... regardless of the label, fake or otherwise. If you do save a few dirhams maybe consider giving them to the beggars ... I'm not sure if they have an NHS there.

This is a really vibrant exciting place and the souk is around the perimeter! It's a place to be cautious but the square is full of dancers water sellers snake charmers and peddlers! Of course it's a must to any travel to marrakech it's why...More

Tangier was a nice contrast to the bigger cities we visited. Also, Chefchaouen, the blue city, was well worth the visit--beautiful. We were only there for a day, would have stayed overnight if I had to do it over again.
