Next to Ben Yousef Madrasa, you can get a joint ticket. Its worth going in just to see the building and tile work. Would not consider it to be a Museum of such but still a fabulous site!

There are some artifacts and museum pieces, but as others have noted, I wouldn't rate this as a full on museum. Note also that the placards discussing the items are only in Arabic and French - no English. For 50 dirham, it's worth a visit. The main room is really quite stunning and when combined with the sounds of the... More

This is almost next to the Ben Yousef Madrasa and you can get a ticket which will take you into both. Lovely interiors, well worth a visit. Really nice little café over the road (can't remember the name but we had a great tagine there). Café in the museum very expensive.

This building is stunning and a fantastic example of Islamic architecture and art. The displays are interesting and worth looking at, but it is the building itself that makes this a "must visit" when in Marrakech.

For a combined ticket price of 60 dhirams you can visit both the museum and the Ben Youssef Medersa. Both are beautiful buildings. The museum has interesting exhibits and also some art and sculpture. There is a small cafe within the museum courtyard.

Some of the reviews here are staggering in their inaccuracy and limited horizons. It's 50 dirhams (or 60 in a combined ticked with the Médersa Ben-Youssef) not 80 and it's not a house, it's an old palace. This place isn't a museum of history, it's some lovely Islamic architecture combined with examples of embroidery, ceramics, ceremonial daggers, art and an... More

What a breathtaking place this late 19th century palace is!!!!!!! MUST VISIT!!! The exhibition is nice; however, it is the building itself which is highly memorable for its carved lintels and ceilings, and its coloured tiles!!!! Combined ticket with Ben Youssef Medersa (5 min away): 60 Dh (not even £5) a bargain!!!!!

It's nice to see, but nothing overwhelming... There's some cultural meaning to it, however not a museum per se...

The exhibition is uneventful and 1 hour after you walk out of the museum you will have no recollection whatsoever of what was there. However the building itself is worth the visit. Completely restored, it looks magnificent and the main hall will give you the opportunity to take some of the best indoor pictures in town
