I`ve visited Marocco for the first time. We`ve been there with a group of paragliders. Our guide Cheikh showed us several nice places. It was a fantastic experiance! We`ve been to the Atlas and the coast. Flying was wonderfull at Legzira.
Cheikh was a friendly person who knew many locals. We`ve been eating and sleeping in nice restaurants and guesthouses.

After much internet searching for a tour company to use when visiting Marrakech, I came across Moroccodunes.com after visiting Trip Advisor. They were ranked #4 of 97 attractions in Marrakech and had only excellent ratings.
Our driver/guide Cheikh met us at our hotel for the two-day trips we had planned. He is very knowledgeable of the area and was a very safe and cautious driver, especially important on our first trip through the high Atlas Mountains. We visited Kasbah Ait Benhaddou and the Atlas film studios and we made frequent stops for refreshments and photo opportunities.
The next day we journeyed to Ouzoud Waterfalls which was fantasic. On the way we detoured and saw two sets of dinosaur fossils and continued to the Imi-n-Ifri natural bridge before reaching our original destination, the waterfall. That was a breath taking experience; our guide excorted us to the bottom of the 110-meter site where we ate lunch surrounded by the incredible view. On the way back to our hotel, Chiekh offered suggestions to our questions on how best to see sights and go shopping in the Medina in Marrakech. I would highly encourage others to use Morocco Dunes.

Moroccodunes provided us with an excellent tour. I had mistakenly booked the tour for the wrong date. We were told to wait at the hotel at 8AM for our guide, but when no one showed by 8:45 I called the contact number. Although our guide was not supposed to meet us that day, they quickly sorted out a replacement. Our last minute guide, Ibraham, was at the hotel within the hour. He was very kind to come out at the last minute for a 3 day trip to the Sahara. Ibraham was a very good guide and showed us many interesting places on the way to the dunes. I would definitely recommend Moroccodunes for anyone who wants to see the Moroccan countryside and desert.

This was an amazing trip that really exceeded my expectations.
Cheikh is an interesting and knowledgeable guide - he speaks good English and is also a very safe driver on the twisty roads. We did the 4 day tour from Marrakesh to Erg Chegaga and saw so much of this stunning country - from the High Atlas mountain passes to breath-taking wide open spaces of the Sahara and the lush palmeries of the Draa Valley. Morocco is a multi-coloured land with so much variation - I didn't expect it to be so beautiful.
I was also very impressed by the quality of the hotels and restaurants including in the price – the best tagines (in Telouet – chicken with figs mmmmm…and in Ouarzazate – super tender lamb with pears and almond – yum!)
Spending a night in the dunes of Erg Chegaga and playing music with the musicians from M’Hamid was a real highlight. Great music and very friendly people and the stars were amazing! I loved my comfy tent.
This memorable trip was a great experience and was well worth the money.
I highly recommend Moroccan Dunes tours – ask for Cheikh – you won’t be disappointed.

My friend and I had an excellent trip with Sheikh, the owner and our guide. Sheikh picked us up in the morning on time, and didn't sweat it when we took a bit of time to get out of the hostel, we felt right away like this was our private tour and not a strict company schedule. We did the overnight trip to Zagora with a camel ride and a desert camp. We drove for hours all day touring the Morocco country side, with Cheikh giving us lots of great information along the way, speaking very good English. He stopped plenty times to let us take pictures, and would stop additionally whenever we wanted to. The price is very reasonable and a good value compared to what we shopped around. It was 200€ per person, which including about 15 hours of driving and touring, a lunch on both days, and a great traditional Moroccon dinner in the camp. After our camel ride which was just over an hour, which believe me, is plenty to get the camel experience and still be able to walk the next day, we arrived at a very nice camp of about 20 tent cabins, carpets everywhere, and a dining hall, all out in the middle of the Sahara. Even though we stayed relatively close too main road in Zagora, the camp was nestled in hills and felt very private and offered great views on the sunset and sunrise by taking a short hike up the hills. The staff at the camp was very friendly, a few young men who mad us the best tea we had in Morocco, as well as played traditional music with drums and sang for us. All in all it was a great time for only having 1 night. If you want to really get lost deep in the desert you'll need a few more days. Sheikh was solid and friendly and I'm writing my first review trip advisor because I realize how much it helps a worthy small business owner. You will be safe and have fun. Thanks Sheikh!

We requested Cheikh as our guide for a 3 day 4x4 tour in late may. He speaks good English and is very personable. You will honestly see more of Morocco than you ever thought possible. He tells you little historical tidbits along the way that help you become ever more immersed in the desert culture.
The Dades gorge hotel he has connections with is amazing.. top of the line way more than we ever expected. Excellent meals at every stop.
Cheikh also will take into account what you want to do if you ask him. I wanted to buy some handmade rugs from local nomads and he set me up with one of his connections. We went to a local Berber family who specializes in handmade rugs.
Erg Chebbi is also to die for. the night spent in the Sahara is unforgettable and the nomads who tend the area are some of the most nice and down to earth people ive ever met travelling.
I would definitely recommend ANYONE this travel agency. It is spectacular.

Brehim was a fantastic tour guide and driver! The entire trip was a 20 times better than I could have ever imagined. He picked my three friends and I up at the doorstep of our hostel. There was a slight hiccup and miscommunication about the address and he as well as Mr. Naji (the trip coordinator) apologized immediately although they really didn't have to. We did a three day two night tour from Marrakech to Merzouga. Brehim gave us a background in history in all of the places we stopped at. Our accommodations were excellent and exceed my expectations for both the hotel we stayed in our first night and also the tents we stayed in the desert. Brehim took care of us like family. We felt incredibly safe and respected. I would wholeheartly recommend Moroccodunes and Brehim :)

We initially contacted MoroccoDunes regarding a 2 day/1 night tour into the desert from Marrakech. We received a prompt reply with an itinerary covering all the activities we wanted and pricing. The company also advised that to make the most of what we wanted to do, it would be better to do a 3 day/2 night tour. We decided to go with this option and we are stoked that we did! The 3 days we spent with Bashir were fantastic. The scenery of Morocco and the towns that we passed through were amazing. Bashir was a fabulous driver and the accommodation and eateries he had organised were fabulous. The knowledge that Bashir had of so much of the landscape was really great and included in our trip was a camel trek and a night in a berber tent - this was exceptional. If we ever visit Morocco again, we would definitely book a trip with MoroccoDunes ann Bashir again!
