Take a wander over to this part of the Medina, this is where the locals go for their goods, which means only one thing, decent prices. This gets you away from the hard sell of the souks. Definitely worth walking distance to.

Away from the main souks and square - bought fresh fruit and tagines from here without any bargaining as the prices were so reasonable. Locals were very welcoming.
