Me and my partner had a fantastic time. We met some lovely people and cooked some delicious local food. Transport to and from the centre was organised and straightforward. We were given all the recipes when we left and picked up some pretty things in the small shop afterwards. One of the best outings of our trip.

We had a great day with the staff of Faim d'Epices. We learned a lot about spices in a fun blindfolded session. We learned to make three salads a desert and of course a tajine dish. Everyone was so kind and the establishment with the garden is lovely to taste your self made food.

In Marrakesh for a week and this was a great trip for us. Followed the trip advisor reviews and it was a fun day. Hosts are excellent - probably worth knowing there isn't a huge amount of actual cooking - lots of displays and courses but only maybe half or a third is actual cooking. However nice fun day and... Couldn't recommend this cooking class enough! We learned so much and have used the recipes so many times since returning. Our group of 4 felt really welcomed by the owner and his wife and we spent the whole day learning all about traditional Moroccan foods and how to cook them. The tagine was delicious and it was wonderful learning how... More

If you like authentic Moroccan food and like cooking, the workshops you get here at Faim d'Epices is a real wonderful experience you won't forget during your holiday. We were picked up by the driver in an airconditioned car and after a 15 minute drive we arrived at Faim d'Epices. we were welcomed by Michel and his wife Ilham. She... More

The best idea I had was to take the Faim d'Epices class to familiarize myself with not only the food in Marrakech but the culture. It was a great class full of energy and fun! You don't have to be an expert cook to take it. You learn alot about spices and cooking in a tangine pot. The meal was... More

I'm not sure where to start with this! Everything was amazing from pick up to drop off! We were collected from our riad at 9.30 on Monday morning and drove to Michel's farm. At first we didn't know what to expect as we were there with a lovely gentleman from Peru who owned his own seafood restaurant and the sweetest... More

We loved our day at Faim D'epices! What an experience and we learned so much about Moroccan cuisine and more. Michel and D'ilham are extraordinary people. We brought our 7 and 15 year old daughters and they both enjoyed the experience. Our hosts made both our girls interested in what they were learning. The farm and classroom are perfectly set... We had a great day out here. Our host was good fun and it's was nice to get out of the city to his farm. Learnt lots about spices and how to make a delicious tagine dish. Also learnt how to make the local bread.....will definitely be making that at home! It was really nice at the end of the... More
