Bearing in mind we went to play golf it is hard to complain to much, the course is in reasonable condition, the greens are good so golf is fine. Not Belek standard but for holiday golf more than acceptable. Service in the shop, with caddies and all the things that make it special was appalling, firstly this was the first... More

On first visit nobody was working in club house at 730am, but found a caddy outside. We were told a caddy (by the caddy himself) was 'obligatory'. This is not true. We endured 3.5 hours with a caddy we didn't want/need wearing jeans and a tee (that's right, no polo or collared shirt). After finishing 18 holes, went in club... More

We played this course in March 2016, having played it a couple of times on a previous visit. There are some interesting holes and a good layout. The greens are average for the area, not as fast to true as the Royal but nonetheless playable. The 14th is particularly attractive with elevated tee and a large lake tempting a risky... More

Group of 12 stayed at the hotel on the complex and played here 3 times. It is a very popular and busy course so the practice area whilst good was always full. Noisy start with all the caddies in the background. Testing course for all levels of player as some tight routes around water and plenty of palm trees to... More

It's boring to the extreme. The par 4s are short, unchallenging, and look the same. The sand traps need more sand and that can't be such a problem given that the Sahara is not that far away. With so many holes being tightly packed beside each other ... the course is noisy. For some reason, Moroccan caddies don't speak but... More

Overall the course is in a fairly good condition but it really does need some extra attention to make it the little bit better it needs. There are a good selection of holes, the majority are quite open, but there are a number of bunkers scattered around with a fair bit of water. Some areas of the course almost feel... More

So to kick this off, I would have given this 2.5 but I'll give the benefit of the doubt given I would not expect dogs to be running around all the time on the course. Was quite disgusted when one of them picked it up off the green and ran off with it. Apart from said event, the course was... More

Very tricky course. Lots of dog leg holes so positional play a must. Not a course if you just like to 'whack' it. A great test of golf. Fabulous clubhouse.

you get more for the money playing other courses .... Plam Golf still lives of the fact that it is the second oldest course in Marrakech but in order to stay competitive amongst all the new courses being opened it needs an urgent "re-fit" ... the fact that there is a lot of waste, especially plastic lying around dies not... Very busy, slower play than others in area. Caddies knowledgable and friendly. Try to play during the week rather than at a weekend
