Crave flavours from here and afar, to unite two cultures. This has been a notable institution for Marrakech nights since 1999. Le Comptoir Darna offers a perfect fusion between East and West. This is the place of the red city where night gives way for partying ... Moroccan and international gourmet cuisine are woven in perfect harmony. Discover a show every night with choreographed belly dancers, musicians and DJ's in a beautiful setting.

The place is nice with live entertainment like a band playing and a group of ladies dancing. The food was not bad. We had spring rolls and lettuce and mint (without salad dressing!) as appetizer and steak (which was overcooked) with potato gratin (this one was good) and fish (with was bland but juicy). My favorite was the dessert! It... More

The waitresses are all very good looking, nice, and very helpful and service oriented. The show with the belly dancers and the dancers that balance the candles is just right!

Since we were staying in the old part of Marrakech I guess what we were looking for a very different side of the city and the night life it was to offer. Food was ok service a bit slow but they were busy, the place (we were on the first floor ) is very dark. Yes the belly dancing and... More

We were in for some drinks at Comptoir after our dinner at the medina. We decided to have some drinks at the so called magical bar of Comptoir. Unfortunately we were not able to get in because of one of us was wearing slippers. So no drinks if you wear slippers, hats etc. so be careful with your dress choise... More

Wanted to do one fining dining & show in Marrakech and chose the place. The show starts at 10:30 pm, so accordingly we reached the place at 10, the place was jam packed and we were told a table will be free in 30 minutes with an option to wait at the bar above from where we would be able... More

We visited this place specifically to see the belly dancers. we ate dinner next door (Extrablatt - fantastic food, fantastic service, worth the little extra money), and thank god we did. We arrived and it seemed to be a problem that we only wanted a drink. We sat at the bar, bar staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. After asking... More

Nice place although its noicy, but the belly dancers are good, some of them are better dancers than others. In the first floor there was a band playing some really nice music but the place was too small. And as in many other restaurants, the cigarette smoke is insufferable.

If you want to experience a cabaret meal, Marrakesh style... Here you go! Local and international dishes, good level service, nicely designed dining-room... And two rounds of 20' belly dance by Moroccan women, in a show of oriental music and lights. You may want to continue to the uppet floor disco-bar, to modern dancing, drinks and flirting... A very nice... More

Le Comptoir was recommended to us by one friend, it's outside of Medina, close to Sofitel hotel. Nice , Modern dark setting, with terrace towards the street, still covered from the street views, with bar on the 1st floor. Service: key issue of this restaurant. Really slow, not attentive at all, messy organisation as there were 4 of them fully... More
