I didn't enjoy the hammam that much (though I got rid of a ridiculous amount of dead skin in the process), but the massages were really worth returning for. They were so, so relaxing. After the massage the staff provides you with mint tea and some sort of Moroccan cookies. Most of the ladies performing the hammam and massages don't... More

Le Bain Bleu was a lovely spa that I stumbled across by accident and they were able to book me in for that afternoon. I found the treatments to be professional and relaxing and the staff were friendly. The staff did not all speak good English but we managed to communicate sufficiently. The prices are high but worth it for... More

Prior to the long explanation of my low rating of this spa I will express that the masseuse was lovely but the massages were average. You can receive better massages in cheaper spas or similar priced spas such as Adam park spa hotel without the rudeness, poor customer service and cockroaches we experienced here!!! We arrived on our final day... More

A wonderful bath house with friendly, genuine staff. I had an appointment for a traditional hammam and massage. My parents also had an appointment for massage. Staff welcomed us graciously--we were several minutes late since we got lost in the medina. The staircase down to the bath and pool was unique and had a quaint feeling. Everyone and everything was... We needed to experience the Moroccan hamam, with the thought of our last year's Turkish bath in Istanbul to compare. A not to miss in the to do list while in Marrakech. We loved the layout of le bain, the process and the after glow we saw and felt. This hamam was chosen while checking the Lonely planet for top... More

We booked a hamam and massage treatment and were really satisfied. We were three People and had a hamam room for our own. The facilities are clean, the rooms have ambience and the fullbody massage was really Relaxing. It was a bit difficult to find the place initially- look for the small blue sign at the archway in the souk. In the evening, follow the lit path. Staff were very attentive - from reception to hammam ladies to the masseurs. One of the registration ladies saw that I didn't bring my swimwear, and might have to skip the... More

Dear Adeline, The Medina is a wondrous maze full of narrow, winding streets. Getting lost in them is a part of the magic, albeit not when you have an appointment with bliss! I'm glad you were able to find your way to Le Bain Bleu following the lit pathway. We also have doorman posted at the archway at all times... More

Recommended by the Lonely Planet guidebook, 4 of us went to Le Bain Bleu on our second day in Marrakech. Our first hammam spa was an unforgettable experience in beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful and relaxing. Staff were friendly and nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were amazing and the lack of English spoken was not a problem at all. First time we have experienced a hammam but certainly will not be the last. We will definitely visit le bain bleu again
