Fantastic view

Have lunch at the roof-top after seeing the exiting pictures in the gallery! But the view from the reataurant on the top is worth a visit.

We loved it, most amazing pictures from 19th century in Tangier. Worth visiting and getting lost in the eyes of people on the pictures and actually seeing that places like medinas have not changed much. Mesmerising

The museum is bit tricky to get to, having to brave the outlying souks, and is a bit limited. It does have a handy cafe for lunch, though. All the photos seem to be stills taken of native Moroccans, sporting tradional dress. OK if that's your interest, but otherwise not rivetting.

We really enjoyed the images of old Marrakech. However be careful not to follow 'friendly'' directions from people on teh street back to the main square. We did follow these tips, ended up in a lonely street and were robbed...so you've been warned!

This is a nice little gallery of large old photographs of Marrakech and the medina. Definitely worth your time to explore, and we enjoyed a soft drink on the roof terrasse afterward.

We were lucky enough to meet the owner of this small but interesting museum. We recommend a visit as you can enjoy photographs and films of Morocco, both old and recent. Lunch on the roof was fun, friendly and delicious.

Do not listen to anyone in the medina - they will tell you it's closed and try to send you to the tanneries. The restaurant on the top of the building has a fantasic view and delicious food as long as you're up for tagine.

An interesting collection of photographs around a cute little house. Also a cheap rooftop terrace café that offers pretty good views over the city. Always worth mentioning that they have a good toilet too! Entry is 40 dirhams (less than £3) but once you've got your ticket you can return as many times as you like, though once will probably...
