This is a terminus station. Fast food restaurants plus a cafe and Italian place. News shop, snacks available.

I had to use this for my train journey to Casablanca. I would not visit it just for the station. It is a well functioning train station. It took me around 30 mins from the Old Medina.

Went there with my friend so she can buy her ticket. The staffs were professional and helped her out with what she needed. After that we had a late lunch at KFC. You can find shopping stores and famous fast food restaurants at the station witch makes it very convenient to spend some time.

Very modern train station - found it very easy to navigate and staff spoke reasonable English and very willing to help. Though good advice given to us from our Riad staff was to go get tickets for our train trip to Casablanca a day in advance of our planned trip since booking over holiday weekend - good suggestion as somewhat... Amazing how efficient , clean, free cleans toilets, working ticketing machines which give exchange money ! We needed to pay 75 MAD, put a 100 Note and the exchange rolled out together witth the printed tickets. Very efficient. Really surprising after experiencing all the mess in the Medina !

For us Crosby, Stills and Nash tragics, this is the end of the line for the "Marrakech Express". Very impressive, imposing and modern structure in a very old city.

With its great architecture, inspired from Moroccan architectural masterpieces, this landmark offers many services and facilities: restaurants, stores, cafés, banks, clean toilets, taxi station and a 24/7 parking lot. Private security guards and police are available 24/7. Safety is a priority there.

I took the train from here to Casablanca. I couldn't imagine they would have something like that here after spending 3 days in the Medina. This is First World. No doubt about it. It's closer to London, Paris, Zurich than Bangkok, New Delhi or Saigon. Wow. Beautiful architecture, clean, orderly, safe. Why can't the rest of Morocco look like this?!

Nice building. Its a railway station with food stalls and the usual newspaper and souvenir shops. The train times are confusing as trains seem to arrive on one platform but depart from another, but I an sure that if you wanted to go on one one of the many helpful staff would guide you.
