Wow! Wow! Wow! The 3 day tour wasn’t just a tour, it was a life changing experience! The Sahara was the main course, but our driver Mehdi showed us sooo much more of this absolutely beautiful country. We visited old towns, new towns, made some incredible connections with the locals and really felt like we had a personal guided tour. We opted for the private tour and I would recommend everyone to do the same. (4 of us booked the private tour together) Our tour guide. Mehdi. He is an incredible man! Such a big heart and helped to show us along the way. We met so many lovely people who explained their experiences in Marrakesh and we really got to know so much. We had the privilege of being given local Moroccan names which we used throughout the tour and will continue to use! But this helped the locals felt at home and they loved to hear us use and respond to them which was so heart warming! We really didn’t want to leave. Everything was very well organised by Marrakesh Sweet Travel, we felt so safe, had lovely accommodation, a good car and we were delighted it went so smoothly. Overall what more can I say. We came for the Sahara, learned the history of Morocco and got treated to so much more, this is a trip we’ll never forget. Thanks Sweet Travel and thank you Mehdi…

It was a pleasant experience however it was not the thrill seeking adventure we expected. At the time all the shops and stalls were closed and the climb up the valley was very difficult.
