This was just so different.. We were pleasantly surprised.. We had a long day and it was just nice to sit back get dinner served to you and watching the singers and dancers..Food was quiet nice and service was quick.. After dinner you move a short distance to sit down and to watch the show.

We had a good night there, lots of food, traditional troups representing different parts of morocco. But manage expectations in terms of quality of shows. Nice atmosphere but not the best. Not exactly value for money. But potentially nice night out . I recommend going without children though, with all the loud gun shots in show.

We went to have dinner at the Chez Ali and to see the dancers and the Horse show Dinner was a soup as starter, folowed by very well cooked and tasty lamb, followed by Kuskus with chicken and later fresh fruits, busiquites and Mint tea. There where some very nice horses on the show. Sad there was no explainations in... More

Not the most exciting or entertaining of nights. Its like walking into a large palace with slow music and dancers horses and lots of colours. Typical tagine and cuscus served. All about Chez Ali and history. Not easy to understand the story being told and nothing spectacular on display. Just a few horse races and gunfire a bellydancer which is... More

Chez Ali is a very touristic place. But if you want to see the show ad get to know the different tribes of Morocco at once this is the place to go. You will be served a dinner in a traditional surrounding, you'll see the traditional dances and in the end the show.

This is a good place to go to at night with kids . The food tastes very good and the quality is good . It's a set menu but it has most of the Moroccan food of that area . The show starts after the dinner, good horsemen and interesting for young kids as they come near you and you... More

We booked this tour through Viator. Having read reviews of this trip, were unsure if we were going to love it or hate it......wasn't love, but certainly didn't hate it! Had to contact agents when there to arrange collection from hotel. They asked if I could change to the Sat from Sun, but we already had plans so they agreed... More

Several of us were on a tour out of Spain. There were six of us who spoke English, so we all sat together at this dinner. We were picked up at our hotel and driven to this venue for dinner and a show. Everyone got dressed up and had our photo take in front of a giant cobra statue. The... More

I have been at Chez Ali's several times in the past, and it has degenerated into a faded Marrakech Disneyland type of an experience; with folklore entertainers that were so boring, it was embarassing. Especially the female entertainers, they acted like wet spaghetti and appeared so bored that they might fall down and go to sleep at anyt time. The... More
