The one week desert trip we made with Mohamed, his guide-friend Mustapha, the camel drivers, cook, and camels was an unforgettable experience.  From the moment Mohamed arrived to pick us up in Marakkech, I felt we could be completely relaxed and fully enjoy all that was happening. A major part of the trip was the trekking Mohamed did with us through the desert near M'Hamid El Ghislaine. Three days walking, our baggage,  food, and tents on the camels, delicious food cooked in the desert,  sleeping under a starry sky and one night even the experience of trying to sleep while a sand storm pulled at the tent and whistled.
After the trekking, we drove with 4 wheel drives through sand and rocky landscapes to El Chegaga, where the sharp ridges of the sand dunes impressed us as the sun was setting. The last night was spent in a beautiful hotel and swimming pool, to wash off all the sand and sleep softly.
My daughters will never forget this experience,  Mohamed. Thank you very much!

Our family tour (two kids 10 and 9 years old and me) was going from Marrakesh to the High Atlas and via many other beautiful sites to Agadir. Together with our excellent guide Mohamed we spent 3 days hiking in a gorgeous and very peaceful valley called Ait Bougemez. The kids loved riding the mule and enjoying themselves being so close to nature. After this beautiful valley we traveled via Ouaouarzate, Skoura, Touradant and many other amazing places to Agadir. If you want to learn about Amazigh culture, the mountains and valleys of Southern Morocco you’ll be very happy to travel with Mohamed. We had a very good time together. Thank you for all the great memories we are able to take back home!

We travelled with Mohammed our driver and guide for 6 days through Marocco!
We started in Marrakech, visited different valleys, the biggest oasis an last but not least went to the desert. It was an amazing trip!

Mohammed is a really good driver, we felt always safe and secure. He is very reliable and interested in sharing his knowledge about Marocco, the berber culture, traditions and the people in genral. We had an amazing experience and can only highly recommend him as a driver and guide.

Hopefully we come back on another tour! Thank you for everything!

Kindly
Marc & Stephanie from Switzerland

Mohamed organized a 3 days trip in the middle-Atlas (Ourika Valley) for me and my partner. Everything was well organized and coordinated. From our 10days trip to Maroco, this was from far the part we keep the best memories!

We had a lot of pleasure having Mohamed as a guide. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer our many questions about culture, history and nature :) On top of this, he was super flexible with the tour and adapted it on the fly to accommodate our requests.

I'd blindly recommend to anyone to book a trip with Mohamed. No issues, no worries and a lot of fun.

We spent 14 days on a guided tour with Mohamed. The first 4 days were led by him through the valley of Aït Bougmezz by our feet. He knows the Region very well. After that we moved further through the desert, which was a great experience for us. Afterwards we visited villages like Tafraoute, Amtoudi, Sidi Ifni, where he always knew good places to hike, to eat or just to be. Before that we considered whether we should book a travel like this, but we enjoyed the possibility having a guide like Mohamed. We learned so much about the country, Thanks to him we were able to get in touch with local people. He answered very patiently all our questions. It made these 14 day special and unforgettable.

Yassir is the man you want to take you to and through the dessert. He is a charming young man who not only takes you safely everywhere you want to go but also informs and even entertains you with loads of stories and tales of Moroccan life, history and culture. He proved to be an absolutely reliable person and in the few days we spent with him he was more than simply our guide and driver. Also due to him Marocco became a memorable experience.

We booked (and paid) the Morocco tour via Evaneos for a small family (16, 53, 56) and got the contact to SportsTravel. In several emails with Rachid fom SportsTravel the tour lay out was planned, price and special requests (allergy of daughter) taken care of, amendments done at fast speed but with high care taking.
Marrakech was nice, we had one day with an excellent German speaking guide Abdu - also guiding us to argan oil place in the Souks were we felt obliged to buy some of their products (Huile Rose), but it is worth it. Our own highlights in the Medina were the "Le Jardin Secret" (beautiful setting, tranquil - and excellent fruit juices!) and the "I Limon" restaurant in the North of the souks (reserve a table).
However, the absolute best part of the holiday for us three was the 5 days tour with our driver Yassir. It was a loop starting from Marrakech with overnight stays in Skoura, Tinghir, Merzouga, and Agdz. Extra activities (aside of berber carpet / tapis shopping) were a walk with Yassir in the rose valley, plus a camel ride to the dune camp in Merzouga & back via a quad ride (our daughters favourite). The country side around Merzouga and across to Agdz is stunning, great scenic desert & mountains. We did evening walks in the palmeria / oasis around Skoura and Agdz and loved that and enjoyed the vivid town of Tinghir. The 4 over nigt stays were all very different and each most lovable and offering great dinner & breakfast.
Yassir has been our very safe driver for the five days, he is pleasant company and enjoys showing his country. His favourite music runs every now and then (cool tunes from the Berber & Touareg scene incl. from NL :-) ... The punctuality and coolness when required are extra bonus points for Yassir ;-)
So in short - travel organization was perfect. Marrakech is surely an amazing experience - but we would definitely come back anytime for the South East, its people, scenery & hospitality.

There nothing more comforting than knowing that you have a week to see the wonders of southern Morocco and you can do it at your pace. You're not bound to a fixed schedule. It's not a marathon. Momo was a host that could not be more flexible. Tichka pass closed to unseasonable snowfall? No problem, there are plenty of other options in Marrakech. Freezing temperatures in Merzouga's bivouacs? OK, there are plenty of other options for spending the night. Not in a mood for driving today? Sure, you can ride a camel, play with their calves or drink camel milk. Or simply listen to Momo's stories about life, culture and natural beauties of Morocco. Sounds boring? We're normally hiking, kayaking, skiing, paragliding. Not there. Elsewhere. Morocco inspires you to contemplation, it's an inspirational journey. And Momo is the perfect host.
