My partner and I planned our Moroccan visit from Marrakech and we wanted to do a non-typical route of visiting the desert in the south followed by a relaxing time by the west coast. We thought of doing this ourselves with public transport buses and taxis, however, we realised that this was going to be a challenge, especially since we only had 12 days of travel and we lacked knowledge of local navigation and language. Luckily, we stumbled upon Morocco Shiny Days which initially offered the “9 Days Private Sahara Desert Tour From Marrakech To Legzira Beach Via Erg Chigaga Desert”!
Our initial contact with Oualid was exceptional. He replied quickly and was able to provide us an initial quote with a very detailed itinerary. We asked if we could customise this so that our entire 12 days of travel are organised with them including adding Essaouira at the end. This also included breakfast, dinner and all of the tour activities. The only additional cost we needed to consider was lunch and any other extra activities.
We arrived in October and as soon as we landed at the airport, our lovely guide Walid was already waiting for us (Note: Walid is another person and is related to Oualid ;)). He is an amazing tour guide and safe driver. He speaks perfect English and he could explain many things about the country, culture and the cities. He made sure that we were always comfortable and satisfied each day. The fact that he is also part of this small family-run business meant that he made sure he provided exceptional service and was always open to feedback.
Overall, Morocco Shiny Days made our Moroccan experience amazing, 100% worry-free and we could just relax and enjoy the sun, desert, and coast, all with the comfort of our private tour. Thanks again Walid and Oualid!

This was a trip of a lifetime!
I wished there was a way to better convey how amazing our trip with Shiny Days was. From start to finish the whole experience was just incredible. We travelled from Marrakech to the Erg Chebbi desert on a 4 day trip, stopping at amazing places along the way and sleeping in the best hotels.
Oualid made everything clear from the start; all the costs, the itinerary and he was able to answer all questions I had - he even made a video for my girlfriend as it was a surprise Christmas present!
Our driver, Brahim, for the duration could not have been any better. For the 4 days we were travelling he seemed to know everyone, everything and showed us to the spots less trodden. He made us feel safe at all times and gave us as much out of travelling through Morocco as possible. We got to speak with all the locals and try all their traditions, and it was great getting to know Brahim as the trip went on.
The whole trip was filled with mesmerising experiences, from a guided tour of the Kasbahs all the way to quad biking and camel riding through the desert. Every part of the journey was meticulously planned to ensure we had the time of our lives. The last night of the tour was New Years Eve and it was without a doubt the best New Years we've had!
There is no way this trip could have been any better and I have recommended Shiny Days to everyone. We will be back soon and we can't thank Oualid and Brahim enough!

It was our first trip to Morocco, and we booked on a short notice with no time to plan. We found Morocco shiny days and asked to put together a custom out of a box itinerary that would show us true authentic sides of Morocco and its beauty.
Oualid booked a great tour for us with all planned details and organized A to Z, from meals to guides to transport and beautiful Riads. We had Mustafa to take us around the entire country in 7 days. Mustafa was amazing and showed us the true beauty of Morocco, its food and people.
The overall first trip was well organized, the guys were constantly in touch, made adjustments to custom itinerary when needed and understood the vacation style we wanted to have from day 1.
We will be back and will not hesitate to book again and recommend the team to create a custom hustle free vacation.

We just came back from a Morocco desert tour with Morocco Shiny Days and honestly I can’t find the right words to describe how outstanding our experience was.. Oualid was very responsive and answered the thousand questions we had before coming, he also planned our trip from scratch since we had no idea where to go and what to see .. he called us few times during the trip and made sure everything was great and that’s something we really appreciated and made us feel so important. Mustapha our driver guide was nothing but brilliant, took great care of us and drove very safely in some crazy mountain roads and desert dirt roads .. all in all the trip was just great and I do highly recommend Morocco shiny days to any one who is traveling to Morocco

Where do I begin to describe what an amazing experience me and my friends had with Moroccan Shiny Days? Oualid helped us plan and budget our trip to optimize our interests as well as our food limitations. Each city and each hotel Oualid chose was more beautiful than the next. The tour guide Mohammed from Sale was a special treat and beyond knowledgeable. As three women traveling for the first time in a Muslim country we always felt safe and welcomed. We can honestly say that Oualid wasn’t just our guide but by the end of our trip we considered him a friend. Cannot recommended Moroccan Shiny Days enough!!!

These guys are wonderful. We did a six day trip through Morocco with them (group of 14 in four cars) and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. We were able to see so much of this beautiful country. Our drivers/guides were very courteous and knowledgeable, took us to amazing places and organized everything perfectly. The camel tour in the desert was amazing, and so were cities like Marrakech, Fez and Rabat. Accommodations and food were excellent. We will be back, Inchallah!

My trip to Morocco was everything I dreamed of and more. I am so glad the retreat leader booked Morocco Shiny Days to take us on a tour of the country. Every single one of the guides on tour with us were so compassionate, smart, caring, knowledgeable & FUN. They really show you what it’s like living in Morocco, and experiencing the country like a true local, not all the cliche touristy things. I was dealing with missing luggage for about half of my trip and they went above and beyond helping me get what I needed and getting my bag to me. They were literally able to get my luggage delivered to the Sahara desert!! Making sure I worried less and enjoyed my time in Morocco. I am beyond grateful to have met each of them. It was so hard leaving and saying goodbye as they became like family spending over a week with them day in and day out. I look forward to traveling to Morocco again and when I do I MOST DEFINITELY will be going through Morocco Shiny Days for another tour. I HIGHLY recommend using them if you plan on touring the country!

These guys deserves a big shoutout.. we just finished a 9 day tour to the imperial cities and the Sahara desert with Morocco Shiny Days .. the trip was all in all great, accommodations very carefully selected, local guides were all top notch and our private driver, Mustapha, was a whole story by him self. We can’t recommend these guys enough and if you are willing to go on a private tour in Morocco just don’t think twice, go ahead and contact Morocco Shiny Days and you will surely not regret it .

Visiting Morocco would not have been the same without Morocco shiny days! I would recommend them one million times over! The guides are such amazing humans, by the end of our 10 day trip they became more like family. They were all so professional, kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable. They were always able to answer any random questions you thought of and were able to teach you so many things about their culture. They made sure you always had everything you needed and nothing you asked for was ever too much. I am so thankful to have toured with Morocco shiny days. It was truly an adventure of a lifetime and I can’t wait to do it again some day!

There is one word to describe the Morocco shiny days experience- Fabulous. Professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable, they are a delight to work with. Oualid collaborated with me from the get-go after a careful analysis of our needs and plans. He gave valuable suggestions on places, detours, accommodations and often missed rare find experiences. The itinerary was fantastic, SUV was in great condition, and we were greeted by Anas who became a very dear friend during our 7 days there. Thanks to his eagerness to excel beyond our expectation, we truly had the experience of a lifetime and returned with memories we will cherish fondly. He is absolutely wonderful and will amaze you by answering any question under the sun. The team also arranged for local guides at every destination, who always turned out great. Overall, the trip flowed from start to finish in one flawless streak. We know we will be back with them again and I highly and genuinely recommend them for an exceptional experience and very high-end service. Couldn’t be more pleased.
